Missclick togepi in pc

Explanation: I was just scrolling my pc and want to release some pokemon because of the quantity , and i think i missclicked the togepi that i gonna use .. please help me , i took a screenshot of the number of that togepi (doublechecked in pc but cant find it)

I dont have a id of released mew please my game sucks without a mew

I had a Ralts in my pokebox that had really high ivs in most stats but on the 20.4.2018 when i logged on in the afternoon as i wanted to go train it it was missing from my pokebox even thou it had been there in the morning of the same day as i did not realease it i do not have its ID

its ability was Syncronize and its nature was Modest that is sadly the only specific information i can give on it as i did not anticipate it being randomly gone it would be great if something could be a done to return it to me or atleast let me know if its hopeless thank you in advance
