A halloween zombie cubone/marowak is the perfect opportunity to show what happens when the dead pokemon comes back to life. Also cubone and marowak is a perfect fit for a halloween counterpart by its creepy lore. The sprite might look basic to you but the lore supports on why this pokemon deserve a spot for a halloween counterpart.
