Greetings @Tommysweetz I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I greatly thank and appreciate you trying to help, @Niuniu. We have now fixed the issue. You can now speak to Wattson who will task you with installing a program on the computer on three of the following cities in the spoiler. The ones where you need to install it, is random. Cities to try installing the Program at Once you get all three of them installed, Wally will appear at the left of the Transmat station for battle. Upon defeating him you will be teleported back to Wattson in New Mauville, speaking to whom will end the quest. I hope this helps answer your question. @Lacomus You were punished for a Poorly Handled Auction for breaking the rule that you reminded everyone of: Will highlight the "If the auction ends at 15:00, it will end at 15:00:00". @Bruce8244 had posted the 135k bid at 1:09 AM GMT+0, extending the end point to 1:24 (or 1:24:00) AM GMT+0. @Kudanil800 posted the 150k bid at 1:24 (or 1:24:xx) AM GMT+0, meaning was seconds after the end point - making it invalid. Every subsequent bid is invalid as a result. Unfortunately the outcome of the auction cannot be fairly reversed in this case, so there is no further action take.
