To fix this you can go into that toggle button called the customizer from the forum hot-bar and scroll down and toggle the "Enable heart effect?" off and Save the action, as shown in the quote below. Moreover, the links you saw in the Inspect element of the forum are related to the adblocker you are using. Thus it is not associated to our forums' source code.
