  1. Changelog 22.02.2026: Reworked client settings. Android has different modes to simplify settings that adjust refresh rate and FPS now. Instead of Save, Apply, and Cancel, there are only Save and Cancel now. Settings should always revert if you don't save them now. The flickering that used to occur only in the regular Android client should no longer happen at all. Reworked reconnect. It is much more stable now. You are always connected to the proxy server you have the best connection to now. Reworked the network code. The client is now more robust against poor internet connections and corrupted packets. Together with the new network code, this could potentially also fix bugs like not being able to see all boxes but only Box:30. Windows 7 is supported again. Tags work on Android as well now. The D-PAD and movement no longer get stuck when switching maps or entering battles. Fixed some bugs that caused music to not play temporarily in certain situations. Z-Cosmic Power works correctly and is properly displayed in the client now. Fixed that balls are visually shown in Random and NPC battles again. Pokeballs are no longer always shown. Legendaries always get Master Balls, Ultra Beasts get Beast Balls, and all other Pokémon have a small chance to get a different ball than a Pokeball now. Fixed a bug that caused the online status of the friend and guild lists to not update correctly. Fixed a bug that in some situations caused the client to become unresponsive until restarted. Fixed a bug where trades with Pokémon from the box used the team count and could cancel the trade. Fixed tooltips on Android. You can see all tooltips by pressing and holding now. You can use all letters in PMs that you can use in global chats now. The random sets have been thoroughly reworked again. You should now encounter less setup sets overall. Battle changes that will be released with a slight delay until everything has been fully tested. Moves that are disabled due to items like Choice Scarf, moves like Encore, or abilities like Gorilla Tactic can no longer be selected in the move selection and show the reason in the tooltip now. User's Download will no longer activate on a fainted target, typically when it was brought onto the field via U-turn/similar and the target fainted from the U-turn. The Terrain removal effect from Ice Spinner will no longer be denied by the opposing Red Card. Focus Sash now will trigger on holder's self confusion damage to leave it with 1 HP if the damage would have fainted it from 100% to 0% HP. Mirror Armor will no longer trigger on Sticky Web's SPD drop. The misleading "Substitute taking the hit" message when Future Sight was used by an Infiltrator user and that user was on the field the turn it hits the opponent will no longer display. Dire Claw and Relic Song will stop triggering the opposing Vital Spirit and Insomnia when they rolled for Sleep. Aqua Ring's extra "HP recovered" message has been removed. Perish Song now will fail to affect the opponent having an Ability making it immune to Perish Song's current type (Liquid Voice/Galvanize VS Water Absorb.../Volt Absorb...) Sketch now will successfully copy the move that can call other moves such as Sleep Talk, instead of copying the called move from Sleep Talk/similar. Sketch now will only copy the move instead of also copying its extra effect like switching, raising/decreasing stats... Disable now will disable the move that can call other moves such as Sleep Talk, instead of disabling the called move from Sleep Talk/similar. Encore now fails by default VS all moves that can call other moves such as Sleep Talk. A Pokémon still asleep from a previous battle that concluded will stop always waking up on turn 1 in the next battle. Gems' "strengthened" message now comes right before damages will be dealt instead of after. Unnerve's message now will mention the opposing team instead of the current opposing Pokémon facing the Unnerve user.

Repeatable Content Cooldown Tracker Tired of having to try to remember if your repeatable content is off cooldown or wasting your time making your way to dome content to realize it's unavailable cause you already did it? I know I was as well, so I made a spreadsheet (those who know me know I love my spreadsheets). Specifically, this spreadsheet lists out repeatable content (Dailies, weeklies, etc) and gives your the ability to mark it as on cooldown or available. While it sounds simple, there is a bit more luxury in this tracking tool. Once you set something as on cooldown the corresponding cell in the Date Available column will auto populate the day that it is to come off cooldown (In the case of Excavation sites, it calculates it with date and time and checks for exactly 20 hours). If the spreadsheet receives an update, then you will need to make a copy of the updated one if you want to have the new / fixed functionality. How to Acquire The first thing you need to do is acquire the spreadsheet with the following steps. - Access the Google Sheets link here. - At this point you are a Viewer and will need to make a copy by clicking File and then Make A Copy - Once you have a copy made, you are ready to track your Repeatable Content. How to Use The first thing you need to do is set your specific time zone. This can be done be clicking File and then Settings. Once the settings are open you will need to set your specific time zone. Doing this will allow tie cooldowns to be set relative to your time zone. When the file is first acquired, you will see all of the listed repeatable content in a single table as seen below and the columns are broken down as follows. Column A - Task The daily repeatable task name. Column B - Content Region The region (loosely) in which the content is located. Column C - Content Type The group in which the content is associated with. Column D - Cooldown Type The associated cooldown of the task. Column E - Status The indicator whether your repeatable task is available or not Column F - Date Available If on cooldown, the date which is will become available Column G - Notes A section for the user to leave personal notes associated with the task Although it is preference, a much cleaner view is through using a pre-saved data view "Group by Content Type". You can access this by selecting the Data tab and then Change View followed by Group by Content Type. This view will have all of the content separated neatly by the type of content it is identified as and an snippet of this view is shown below. As you go complete repeatable activities, you will want to mark them as "On Cooldown". Once you select this, the corresponding cell in the Date Available column will populate with a cooldown associated with the value in the Cooldown Type column. For example, if you complete the the Diggable Patches on Route 3 on 01/28/2026 then they will be available on 01/31/2026 (as seen below). When the current date is the same as the Date Available, the "On Cooldown" in the Status will automatically flip back to "Available". If you want to add or remove content that you don't do, that is no problem. Simply remove the row from the sheet and refresh. Be advised, if you were to remove a column, it runs the risk of breaking the scripts and references and you may have to acquire a new copy. Adding a new cooldown type is not as simple and requires script modifications. The current version of the spreadsheet covered as much ground as I could think regarding repeatable content and its associated cooldown. The current cooldown options are 1, 3, 12, and 14 days as well as 20 hours. I am excited to share this with you all and, while I do not know of any bugs that currently exist with it, if you run into any issues please let me know and I will do my best to sort it out. Trigger Setup Instructions To get the spreadsheet set up to auto-update, you will need to set up the triggers within the spreadsheet scripts. The instructions can be seen below. Access the Script found under "Extensions-> Apps Scripts" After you have clicked the App Scripts page, it will open in a new tab. On the left side of the screen you will see a collapsed window of options. Hover the collapsed window to expand the options and then select the option that says "Triggers" You should now be in the trigger menu. The trigger is a scheduled in while to run the scripts in the editor tab. There are two functions in the script. the "onEdit" function is responsible for filling the date available column in with the appropriate date / date and time until the activity should be off of cooldown. The other function is the checkCooldowns function. This function is responsible for checking the date / date and time in the Date Available column against the local date / date and time and then resetting the On Cooldown chip to Available in Column E (Status). The function of interest is the checkCooldown function and we want to set it on an hourly trigger. Select the 'Add Trigger' button on the bottom right of the screen. For the trigger options you will want to set them as follow: Choose which function to run: checkCooldowns Which runs at deployment: Head Select event source: Time-driven Select type of time based trigger: Hourly timer Select hour interval: Every hour Once the triggers are set, click the Save button and then your copy should update both all activities accordingly. Updates - 1/28/26: Fixed the download link and added Sinnoh Underground and Celadon Daily - 1/29/26 Updated Non-Excavation Date Available to put the local representation of 12:00 GMT+0 (so that it properly resets with game daily reset) - 1/29/26: Fixed bug where Petalburg Woods timer would only update a 1 day instead of 14 days. - 2/1/2026: Updated instructions for setting the triggers to allow time based updating and fixed a bug where some cooldowns were not generating the proper date available. - 2/2/2026: Adding instructions to the post to walk the user through setting the time zone of the spreadsheet to their own.

  7. In the latest update there was a change that when you teach a pokemon any HM it will no longer have full PP but will now have 0 PP on said move. This specific mechanic was a core mechanic for the Hoopa Dungeon and the Trainer Tower. Outside of those 2 content parts it was basically not used at all. The big issue is, that both those content parts were balanced around this said mechanic. Unfortunately this change also wasn't mentioned in the Update Logs, making player fail dungeon runs due to them not being aware. Before I explain the suggestion/s I have I'll first explain why this mechanic is needed in the current state of those 2 content parts. Long explanation: I'll start with Hoopa Dungeon, since I feel this specific content suffers the most from this change. Hoopa Dungeon: When building a team for this specific dungeon you need to find a team of 4 pokemon that can clear all of the 4 possible portals. The issue is that you do not know which portal you will get unless you enter the dungeon. And even then you do not know which exact fights you'll get inside of said portal. This overall makes the option for viable pokemon to bring already VERY low. Gyarados was one of the core parts of every team, since it was able to deal with sturdy pokemon, it had good options to set-up due to Moxie, had other reliable moves such as Rain Dance and Bite and you were able to constantly refresh the Waterfall PP due to the old HM mechanic. We (as in some of my guild mates, some friends outside of the guild and myself) did quite a few test runs after the latest change and tried to find new teams which consistently are able to clear all 4 portals. Unfortunately there isn't one. Yes we figured out teams to somewhat consistently clear 2-3 portals, if you hit the wrong portal it's an instant surrender. The main issue is that we are experienced in this dungeon since we ran this dungeon a lot of times and know exactly how to cheese certain fights. Any new player who will try to start getting in to this dungeon won't be able to at all. This entire part is just for a solo/duo portal run. For team runs (2+ portals) this HM change gets even worse. Another big issue of the dungeon is when you evolve a pokemon it automatically loses HP due to it's base HP increasing. This usually isn't a big deal outside of the dungeon but inside of the Hoopa dungeon it is quite annoying. Not being able to learn a move when the pokemon evolves on the correct level is also a really annoying issue within the dungeon. A random example: You would evolve Drilbur on level46 to Excadril. Once evolved it will not try to learn "Drill Run". This issue rarely occurs but when it happens it's really problematic since you are not able to relearn moves. The dungeon itself relies quite a bit on RNG. However you were able to reduce the RNG to an barely important part of the run before the change. Now the dungeon is pure RNG. This dungeon had barely any competitive side to it before and now it's basically gone entirely. In it's current state you enter the dungeon, pray you get the 2 best portals and hope you do not get any sturdy fights within your portal. This simply doesn't sound fun or healthy for any good competition. Ultimiately there simply is no good replacement for Gyarados in the current state of the dungeon and it's a massive issue for the balancing of it. Now here are some ideas we already had about fixing the HM issue/the dungeon itself: - a guaranteed Lum, Sitrus & Leppa Berry drop within the dungeon (could even be an augment) - way higher drop rate of Leppa Berry - (team run specific) only needing to clear 1 portal when running as a team The issue in regards to those is that those wouldn't fix the actual HM issue. There is a little bit more to explain in regards to the dungeon but I'll keep it there for now. Trainer Tower: The Trainer Tower itself has a lot of issues in it's design. I made a post about this a long time ago already. The most used strat for the Trainer Tower was to get a lvl39/69 Gyarados with Moxie lended to you and sweep with said Pokemon. It was able to deal with nearly all trainers due to it's moveset, was in comparison very easy to obtain and didn't require a lot to be useable, making it also very easy for new players. One of the main core parts was the fact that you could refill the Waterfall PP by overwriting Waterfall with another HM (Surf, Dive) and then reteach Waterfall again. This entire mechanic is now gone. You will constantly need to talk to Nurse Joy to refill the Waterfall PP, making you lose 1.5k every single time just to refill PP. This isn't as much of a problem on the lower floors, since those trainers only have 3 pokemon. However once you reach higher floors the trainers start to have 4-6 Pokemon, making you lose Waterfall PP really fast, depending on the trainer type you are facing. Yes, for us old players it doesn't matter as much since we hoarded a lot of Leppa Berries, Ether etc. but for new players this is simply not possible. Having to use the Nurse Joy quite often just for a single run will drain the money of new players incredibly fast. Suggestions: First of all, I do understand that this mechanic was very likely not inteded and goes against the idea of consumable TMs etc. However how it was made with the recent change it's not healthy for the game or said content at all and either needs a full revert, at the bare minimum an adjustment or said content needs to be totally revamped/rebalanced. - when a Pokemon has only 3 moves and you teach a HM move it still obtains the full PP of said move - when you overwrite a non-HM move with a HM move you still obtain the full PP of said HM move - when you overwrite a HM move with another HM move all the PP get fully depleted - (Trainer Tower specific) just remove the cost of Nurse Joy within the floors I'm happy to here other ideas from other players and happy to discuss other options. However there needs to be a change because this change is not healthy for the 2 specific content parts it is aimed at. Thanks a lot for reading.

  10. Hello, I have two questions, but the second one is the most important to me. It seems that recently, most precisely since the Christmas event started, shadow Ekans have stopped spawning. This brings my first question : - It is well-known that on Pinkan, event forms cannot be found, but the rule is not as clear for nesting grounds. How does the game handle the possibility that 4 different forms (regular, shiny, shadow and xmas for example) could be available at the same time on the same map ? From my personal experience, I have never seen both a shadow form and an event form on the same map during the same event. For example, this hlw I encountered several shadow slowpokes in Forlorn, but not a single hlw slowpoke. Last year it was the opposite : several hlw slowpokes and no shadowpoke. Can you confirm that during an event (let's say vday), both vday poke and shadow poke are available ? The second question is more a request to staff members. Could you please check if the spawn of all shadow forms is working as intended ? It seems to me that the only shadow forms that were obtained in the last two months are the ones that didn't have a form during xmas. Would it be possible that the xmas event somehow altered the shadow spawns ? Of course this could just be RNG but shadow forms are really important for all the people who have the ability to hunt them, and we would all love to have a confirmation that the spawns are working correctly. Also, since there are very few shadows that are encountered each day, it is difficult to have data that is reliable enough to validate or invalidate my hypothesis. Thank you for reading.

Update – 09/02/2026: It has been announced that in the upcoming client–server update, Hisuian evolutions will be introduced into the game (including, but not limited to, evolutions related to Quilava, Dewott, Petilil, Rufflet, Goomy, and Bergmite), and as a result, the Hisuian evolved forms of these Pokémon will be permitted for use in this doubles tournament. I’m hosting a 1M Pokédollar Buy-In PvP Tournament. The tournament will begin once we reach a minimum of 10 participants, and the Top 5 players will receive a share of the prize pool. The same rules and mechanics from previous tournaments will apply - following standard PRO rules and gameplay. However, this time we’re adding a new twist. This will be our first Doubles tournament, played in solo control format (not multi-battle with another human partner). This format was chosen by majority vote in the tournament server after reviewing some new ideas, and this is the direction players wanted to see next. So here it is. I hope this format proves to be enjoyable and worthwhile for everyone involved. PS: If you’re new, or planning to join future tournaments, you can also take part in voting. We aim to stay open-minded with formats and ideas. Whatever players vote for within the set voting window is what we’ll run. Tournament Information 1. Format The Tournament will consist of a double-elimination bracket. The bracket will be randomly seeded. I’ve been playing Pokémon Revolution Online since 2018, and in all these years I’ve never asked the staff for anything special or any kind of reward. I’ve always just enjoyed the game as it is. Tomorrow is my birthday, and it made me wonder if there is any possibility of receiving a small birthday gesture from the staff, even something purely symbolic. I honestly don’t know if anyone has ever asked this before, which is why I hesitated for a long time before posting. If it’s not possible, that’s completely fine — I understand and respect the rules. I just wanted to ask once, since PRO has been a game I’ve spent many years playing and enjoying. This is done through the use of pixel-art to create to things like outfits, mounts, special event Pokémon forms, environment tiles, etc. Requirements At least 30 days since Account Creation. 18 years or older Be able to speak English at an understandable level. (Mandatory) Understanding Pixelart/ Digital art at a decent level. Portfolio containing Pixel Art / Digital art work. What if I've never done pixelart before or don't have any pixel art in my Portfolio? I can't properly distinguish your level without any sort of work to measure by. Which makes it harder for me to figure out what kind of training you may need to be viably recruited. I'll gladly train up people of any skill level.   27. hey there folks, ive been playing pro and basically pokemon for a while now and i feel like similar to pc update we need some important quality life updates to other below mentioned categories....ive tried to mention all the changes that "I" wish to be added as a player perspective.... 1.Daily Quests I beleave apart from the daily quests we already have in pro like bcc celedon etc, we have have a quest everyday for like to catch 5 water types or 10 uncommon or 5 rare mons which even though gives decent rewards like 1 rc or 2 medium exp candy or anything but seems fun to give ur 10 mins in doing those everyday... 2.Pokedex the Hide Unseen feature in pokemon is great i believe for some of the instance but i think will be more useful to add a "Hide Seen" and "Hide already Caught" options for people so completing dex is way easier than just scrolling all the way down to see which pokes u have and many a times miss pokemons u need.... 3.In battle idk if its gud but yeah showing the ineffective immune super effective under a pokemons's attack while u r in a battle can be cool considering its there in the main game too... ik it can be hard to pull of considering the current size and arrangement GUI but yeah it can be cool addition these r some i beleave should be added and its open for everyone to share their thoughts on what they think about my suggestions+ add their own they beleave should be added so that the concerned authorities can see the gravity of particular suggestion and try to work their way up adding it if possible... I myself will be adding more suggestions if i experience any but overall PRO is currently at a very gud state in terms of graphics and dev and activity etc... Thankyou, Infamousro

  40. Hello everyone! Pokémon Revolution Online has always been a game I’ve deeply enjoyed, especially for its rich PvE content. Unfortunately, due to personal life circumstances, I had to step away for a while - but my passion for the game remains strong. That’s why I wanted to take a moment to share some suggestions regarding one of my favorite features: the Dungeons and the exclusive Shadow Zones. Shadow Zones – PvE Suggestions 1. Dedicated Dungeon Shop It would be great to introduce a shop specifically tied to dungeon content. This could offer exclusive items such as: Shadow-themed mounts Unique outfits or cosmetics (masks, clothes, Face Items..) (These rewards could be purchased using existing PvE Coins, or preferably through a new currency earned exclusively by completing dungeons. This would encourage more players to engage with this content regularly and reward consistent participation) Special items obtainable only through dungeon achievements (Unfortunately, I'm not very up to date with the latest Pokémon games, so you would know better than me, but for example, EV bracelets such as the Power Bracer) Additionally, a unique and prestigious reward could be the Shadow form of the Legendary Pokémon tied to each dungeon. For example: Shadow Meloetta for Crux of Melody Shadow Victini for Ruins of the Vale Shadow Hoopa for Scattered Realm This special Shadow form could be granted only to the best individual runner for each dungeon. However, this idea would require a dedicated PvE leaderboard for solo players, as currently there's no reliable system to track individual dungeon performance. If implemented, it would add a strong incentive for high-level, strategic PvE play. 2. Rethink Shadow Spawn Rates or Time Limits Shadow Pokémon are some of the most desirable rewards, but their encounter rate feels extremely low—even for common ones. It's often possible to go through a full 40-minute session without encountering a single Shadow Pokémon. Possible improvements: Increase the time limit in Shadow Zones Or ideally, allow unlimited time inside once access is granted However, unlimited time could make the current ladder system less meaningful. To offer a more balanced and progression-based approach, here's another suggestion: Purchasable Time Extensions – Players could be allowed to permanently unlock extra time in specific Shadow Zones based on their performance. For example: for every 250 points earned in a dungeon, a player can unlock +5 minutes of time in that Shadow Zone This time bonus would accumulate and be permanent, acting as a reward for consistent effort and mastery of that specific dungeon This system would let players "reap what you sow" their progress over time - encouraging replayability and giving everyone, not just the top-ranked players, a way to gradually gain more value from the content. 3. Weekly Rotating Shadow Dungeons Just like the Guild Island rotates based on community votes, you could implement a rotating Shadow Dungeon system with a unique Shadow Zone linked to each week’s dungeon. The Pokémon available in these zones could change weekly based on a vote system involving the top 3 dungeon-performing guilds or players. Example rotation patterns could be: Fire Pattern: Shadow Charmander + Shadow Torkoal + more Rock Pattern: Shadow Larvitar + Shadow Rhyhorn (I know it doesn't exist) + more Grass Pattern: Shadow Bulbasaur + Shadow Shroomish + more Earth Pattern: Shadow Gible + Shadow Phanpy + more and others.. This would: Let you include a wider variety of Shadow Pokémon that currently don’t fit existing Shadow Zones Allow spawn editors to create unique and thematic environments Make dungeon competition feel fresh and worth coming back to weekly The voting window could be from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 GMT+0, giving eligible players a full week to vote on the next rotation. These are just a few ideas I had in mind, and I truly hope they can inspire future improvements. I know how passionate the community and staff are about this game, and I’d love to see these kinds of enhancements make the PvE experience even more engaging and rewarding. Thanks for reading!

  42. I miss having a notification that I received a message in my mailbox. Currently, if you send a message to another player, they will only know they have a message in their mailbox if you ask them to look; similarly, you will only know you received a message if the other player notifies you. With the game's own notification, we would receive a notification on the game screen. For example: Sometimes I need to talk to a player, but I never see them online, so I would leave a message for them in the mailbox and they would see it as soon as they logged into the game. It would also help with chat trading. Sometimes I saw a player selling something in chat trading, but when I messaged them they were no longer online. With the game's own notification, they would see my message in the mailbox saying that I am interested in the item or Pokémon they were advertising, and they would contact me to negotiate. This improvement to the mailbox would greatly facilitate communication between players, especially because of the different time zones.
