I was doing the quest in my alt account (Reklo) and accidentally killed it. I have been told that it's not included in Nikola. Is there something I can do about it?

Bosses, Bug Catching Contest, Solaceon Quest, Sinnoh Underground, a ton of other side quests, including those for legendaries, summer event (Victini quest atm), hunting for event pokémon, pvp, Battle Tower, etc, etc. Tons of things.

Just for you to know, both lvl 99 and lvl 30 Heatrans are catchable.
