  2. Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Can you please try the following? • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager
  7. Hi there. You have the caught data on your pokedex due to an event in the past. However, you've never completed the Jirachi quest and obtained Jirachi from it. Therefore, you'll have to complete the quest as there is nothing for us to recover.

  10. Hi there. That Snorlax is indeed catchable. You were simply unlucky in doing so. It's good to note that giving a pokemon a status effect can make it easier to catch. I'm really sorry that you couldn't catch him.   11. Hi there. You'll need to go through the hole in the wall, then north towards the crystal. Afterwards, continue north until you reach an opening and Nikola should be on the Winter Map.   12. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  16. I've checked your pokedex on editigre. You don't have caught data on either Latios or Latias, nor on Jirachi. Can you please tell me the username of that account found in your screenshots?

You have to have the subway unlocked, 120 kanto pokemon caught, 38 evolved pokemon and have fought Red at Mount silver, then take the train from Saffron/Goldenrod’s station and click the trainer’s valley option for an extra 10k. If you've met all these and you're still having further issues, please let me know.
