Its not that easy. I think the issue / bug wont be found any easier / quicker just because the server is closed. Its probably quite the opposite, if the server is online and people can play the bug is more likely to be found. I am not saying its not frustrating the way it is at the moment but I would rather still play like this than not at all. Everyone is trying their best in these times to get this all sorted out and make the playtime still somehow enjoyable as much as possible.

Hey, I buy the Mienshao 2m and the Cloyster 1.5m.

Try to disable the controller on your keybinding settings. That should fix it.

Not sure but I think thats are all the moves Clefable can learn via level-up, if not try to interact with the move-relearner a couple times, it doesnt show all the moves sometimes on the first interaction. Also for Moonblast and a lot of other moves you have to use the Pre-Evo-Tutor in the daycares.

They were only available during last years halloween event and for the celebration of pokemons 25th anniversary recently. I dont know for sure but they will most likely be available again during this years halloween event.

I like the style of the backgrounds, however I think it would be nice to have an option to choose between different styles.
