Weatherball is only a TM in Gen8 if I am not entirely mistaken. Most pokemon like Venusaur only learn weatherball via TM in Gen8 because Hidden Power got removed. PRO is based on Gen7 so having that TM wouldnt make much sense.

For some areas you need membership to catch a certain pokemon but you can get a munchlax elsewhere without having membership active.

Petalburg Woods is the only place where you can evolve your Eevee to Leafeon.

Level up your eevee in Petalburg Woods (Hoenn).

Just to clarify: I am from Gold and Kboww bought it for me on Silver.

Did you catch it shortly before when the server went down? If the pokemon has no ID yet it wont be saved when the server crashes. For the pokemon to have an ID you can simply wait couple minutes, relog or type /save in the chatbox.

How can it flee when the fight hasnt started? What do you mean by that? Also pokemon do not flee in general other than abra etc. with the move teleport.

The new season always starts right after the maintenance that ends the season. So the new season started like 36 hours ago.

As many people probably already know the walkway to the Johto Safari Zone can be incredibly frustrating because of multiple caves, ladders and fields of grass. The way itself is also very long compared to the other Safari zones which are very easy to access. Thats why I want to suggest a digway from Cianwood City to the Safari zone in Johto.

You are most likely mute banned. You can check on the dashboard if you are.

All pokemon will be locked until you beat all gyms in Johto. After you beat all gyms you can use your pokemon again to beat the Elite 4.

If you did those 17 bosses in one run yes most likely. I never had problems with my boss runs so far.

You probably did 3 bosses some time earlier so the cooldown is off for 3 but not for the other 17 as you probably did them later as the other 3 bosses.
