I would like first of all to clarify and show you how to obtain the Cinnabar Mansion Key, through a short and really easy video-walkthrough. As you can see from the video, reaching the one where the key is located is not really hard, but might be a little bit confused for new players. This is a topic aimed at creating a productive discussion between staff and players regard the Baton Pass topic since all of us, staff and players, want the best of the game. I do want people to be able to maintain a civil attitude while discussing. Due to this announcement, where I am clearly telling you what to avoid, any violation of the above said things will just lead to punishments. Needless to say, even if I am sure that people can easily get to this conclusion by themselves, the following stuff does not reflect the thought of a single person but it's simply the reason that has lead to the current situation. Another really important thing to mention is that the opinion of everyone is important and has the same value, it goes for community and staff. Being part of the staff does not give our opinion an higher value and does not make it stronger/better than the one of any other player in any way, so do not hesitate to share your opinion for any reason. Restrictive team building in the case of an opponent have/haven't a Baton Pass Team. Complex bans to assist the curve regarding the move would be pointless and difficult in the case of moderation.   10. Hi @Saturnalien I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. I would like to inform you, as the Administrator of the game, that what has been said above by the Community Coordinator is actually true. We have no way to de-evolve any pokemon due to technical restraints as there is no way for us to do that from our TOOLS. Do notice as well that a system where everyone is able to request a de-evolve whenever they want would also be abusable in many different ways and would be a broken system. For example, this goes for OT and not, an user could evolve their Chansey in Blissey and then erquest a de-evolution after 6 months, then evolve it again after 1 month and request a de-evolution again. Another example, which is as well good to point out even if for non-OT pokemon, is the fact that someone could technically buy a pokemon from other people and then request a de-evolution cause they want the previous stage of evolution, which would be against the Pokémon game itself and would hurt the economy of the game. For example, I could buy a Shiny Vaporeon at X price and then request a de-evolution in Shiny Eevee, which has a really higher value/price than shiny vaporeon due to obvious reasons and in this way abuse the system and break the economy and would be unfair. For what regard de-leveling we do offer it in order to make-up with failed evolution as sometimes you can experience a bug where your pokemon does not properly evolve and in general because would be disrespectful and unfair toward our users to leave them with a not-evolved pokemon due to errors on our end, also this is a system that does not hurt the economy and is not unfair toward any other user. I hope that I was able to provide enough clarification about this concern, if you have any further concern about it, feel free to forward it on our General Complaint Area and I will provide you enough clarification about any concern. The ladder tournament will be on showdown with PRO rules! -[/hr] To make the tournament cross server To keep a safe log of all matches To give the option to play more different teams -[/hr] Rated pvp rules apply. Please familiarize yourself with these if you have not done so already. If you disconnect, it will be counted as a loss unless your opponent agrees to a rematch. Finish the matches within the stated time: If you didn't complete your match within the stated time, the winner will be decided by coinflip. If your opponent tried to contact you and you didn't react within the stated time, you will be disqualified. -Evidence is needed in this case! [*]You have to post the replay links to prove that you won within the given time. [*]You will have 2~4 days per round! [*]You can use as many Pokemon as you want and don't need to register them.   14. Hi @nhoksim123123 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we are not able to revert the change and apply the IV shown in the preview as we are not able to verify that. In the past months and years we have received multiple fake-proof/screenshot, for example edited with photoshop, aimed at scamming us and, since we have not a 100% reliable method to find what has been faked/edited and what not, we have decided to not offer support for these issues as it could be easily abused due to the reason explained before and create big problems within the game. I am really sorry to disappoint you but I hope you can understand it. Please, let me know if you have any further questions about it. I wish you a wonderful day.

  24. Hi @Kuto I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced. As the Dashboard has been just released, it is possible to experience some bugs despite we have ran several testing before releasing it. This cause the difference in few people testing it and hundred of people is pretty big. However, our Developer made sure to take Back Up before releasing it in order to be able to fix any possible issue and refund if necessary. I am therefore happy to inform you that the issue has been solved and the 100 coins have been added back to your account and that we are working on adding them back to the other people that experienced your same issue. If you should encounter any other issue or bug with the new dashboard, please do not hesitate to report it as we really appreciate the community help and feedback.
