  1. Hi there ! I am Shinohara, one of the Admin of PRO and here to represent the entire staff and Admin Team regarding this topic. I would like to start clarifying that this topic has been discussed different times within the PRO Staff Team, and it was decided to keep it like it is without banning them from PVP for the folowing reasons. It is good to clarify in the first place that the amount of time needed to obtain a pokemon-staff reward is 6 months of good activity. I specified good activity for the simple reason that to receive these rewards not only you have to be a part of the staff, but your activity must meet specific requirements of activity/behaviour and not only. Unfortunately, it is really really hard to give a real idea of how much time a staff member work, since most of the time this is not really visible to everyone in the community. There are people that used to play on their players 4-5 hours per day, and after they joined staff they barely have time to play 1 hour (if lucky) per day or less, to give an idea. I will make the example of myself, that obtained around 650 hours of activity on my player (Keita) around Summer 2018 in 2-3 months and that now, after 17 months of staff activity have 680 hours of playtime, to give an example. I am making this example cause it's the easier for me, but the same goes for many many many other staff member that can confirm you that. You would say: "Ok, but doing that is your choice, isn't it?" Yes, taking this path is indeed our choice, but it is good to point out that if we, and the people that were here before us, would have not taken this path, then the game would still be in a really really raw state for what regard content (no regions, no quests, no legendaries, no cosmetics/mounts, etc) and at the same time the community would be pretty much destroyed by toxicity (which harm the game community) not being punished, economy being destroyed by botters and rmt, scamming cases not handled, etc. We don't get paid for our staff duties, but there are people that literally dedicate 6+ hours per day (some people also dedicate 10+ per day) into them just in order to improve the game and in general make sure the community is enjoying it. -[/hr] Also looking into the last year ladders, I can see that as well that there are some players having Pokemon being 3x31 (or 2x31, 1x30) and the rest 25+. They are regular players but their pokemon are really similar to the staff one. I also think that some pokemon benefit from more stats than others or that does not benefit from some of them at all. For example if a Chansey has 31 ATK or 2ATK, it changes absolutely nothing. The same goes for Breloom and SP ATK. Same goes for some legendary such as heatran that does not benefit from ATK at all. So I think it's better to focus on the MAIN STAT of a pokemon. With a quick search (literally few seconds) I can see that there are like 15+ Chansey (non staff or former staff) that have 30+ IV in HP/DEF/SPDEF. This mean that there are 10+ Chansey that have like 30 def, 30 hp, 30 spdef or higher (Correct nature/ability and usable in pvp). I am sure there are way more that with a deep research would come out (I am not a DEV so cannot run query). Should we ban them? No, we shouldn't. Same goes for legendaries, they are obviously more rare than normal Pokemon but I can assure that there are people having them with really realy high main stats (3x30 or similar). As someone pointed out before, the difference from a 3x30 or 3x31 is really minimal, same goes for a 3x28 and a 31x31. Like, mathematically speaking there is clearly a difference, but it's so small that it is really really hard to be perceived, and I can assure you that there are way more things that have an higher impact and that makes that difference even less important. Also, we are moving ourselves to add as PVP tournament prizes the possibility to reroll the stats of a legendary while locking a single stat. For example, you have a 31 DEF suicune, you lock that 31 DEF and reroll all the other stats. This is pretty much for pvp tournament only, since making it public would destroy the whole economy regarding reroll ticket and would be broken. -[/hr] Absolutely true! As the person in charge of handling rewards, this has never been a problem just for pure coincidence. However, I was able to recognize how much this was dangerous the same day that the pokemon was made obtainable and the relevant staff requested it, therefore almost immediately. Said staff member was able to use it only for few matches and after we were able to recognize how much that was a problem it was immediately blocked as that was clearly unfair toward our community. I have now developed a new policy where you cannot request the released pokemon in the first 15 days of its release, making it in this way more fair toward our community. Also, the amount of time (currently 15 days) is still to be properly discussed and can potentially be change in something higher (20-30 days), and this is something we are discussing. -[/hr] I hope I was able to clarify this topic. I well know that this might be disappointing for you, but unfortunately giving the idea of how much staff work is really hard if you are not inside the staff yourself.   6. Hello to all competitive PRO PvPers! This year, PRO Staff have decided to launch another Summer PvP Tournament, which is open to everyone who meets the requirements to sign up and wishes to participate. This is our 4th year hosting an annual PvP tournament! Are you ready to face off against the rest of your server to battle for bragging rights, and a unique reward to set you apart from the rest? A. The Tournament will consist of a double-elimination bracket. B. The bracket will be randomly seeded during a live-stream. C. Registration will begin now (23rd May 2020), and end on June 15, 2020, 23:59 GMT. D. Each round will last one week. The bracket draw will be streamed on June 17, 2020, and the first round will begin immediately. E. All matches prior to the Semifinals on both brackets will be best of 3. F. Semifinals, Winner's Finals, Losers' Finals, and Grand Finals will be best of 5. G. Should any circumstances necessitate changes to this format, Tournament Staff will give at least a week's notice before the tournament begins. H. Only one account per player may enter the tournament. I. Ghosting is forbidden. Players may seek assistance prior to matches, but may not confer with other players during the game or allow another player to play for them. J. The Pokemon pool of players will not be limited, so there is no need to register teams. A. All Ranked PvP Rules apply. B. In the event that any Ranked PvP Rules are changed while the tournament is in progress, the change takes effect immediately in this tournament as well. C. Should any moves, abilities, Pokemon, or items be coded between the start of the tournament and its end, those moves, abilities, Pokemon, or items may not be used. D. Players are not required to record matches, but it is recommended, as it may be impossible for staff to validate reports if they choose not to. E. Should any Ranked PvP Rule be broken, the offending player will forfeit the game. F. Should either player disconnect, the other player may either claim a game victory or allow a rematch at their discretion. G. Should the server crash during the game, a rematch is to be played with the same teams, unless a player demonstrates to Tournament Staff that they were in a position where they could not reasonably lose the game. A. Should any match fail to be completed, both players must submit evidence of activity to Tournament Staff. If Tournament Staff should decide that either player was not sufficiently active, that player shall be disqualified. If both (or neither) players were sufficiently active, the match will be decided by coin-flip. B. Any reports of participants breaking rules should be accompanied by as much evidence as possible, preferably video. Screenshots will reinforce your case, but may not be considered concrete proof. C. PRO Rules will continue to be enforced with no regard for the tournament. If an infraction would render a player unable to participate in a round, that player forfeits the round. D. Toxicity and despicable behavior will not be tolerated, both during matches as well as before and after. Sustained behavior of this sort may lead to disqualification. E. Match fixing is not tolerated. Players may not attempt to bribe or coerce other players to forfeit or intentionally play poorly. F.   12. Hi @FabulousBanana I am sorry for the inconvenience. It seems as if you have succesfully transferred your account from the Silver Server to the Gold one. Remember that transferring means that all your progress is moved to the other server and that you can do it for free every 30 days or by paying 100 coins when you want.   13. Hi @Saransh2848 I am sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you (considering your screenshot) that currently there is a PVP Bug where basically the match get stuck and cannot continue until one of the two players log out. To know if that's your case is simple, basically during that you can still type in chat and you are effectively online without any issue but the game simply cannot continue. In these cases, it is important to contact a Moderator as they are able to handle these situations with the two pvp players of a specific match and help them to come to an outcome (basically check teams, moves, strategy etc and see who was gonna win the match). In any case, our Developers are working on a PVP rework exactly to fix this issue and other pvp related issues, as well as making almost all the moves/ability available to the players, but unfortunately there is no eta. Is that the situation that you found yourself into? If not, with "freeze" do you mean the entire client totally blocked like if the application crashed?   16. Hi @MarthyMcFly I am sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like you have transferred server today and correctly merged picking the wrong server (you selected the blue server instead of the red one) leading you to lose all your story progress and keep only pokemon/items. Normally, we would be able to unmerge your account to fix your mistake, however since you have made some trade on the silver server after merging (a lot) and then also transferred your account on the other server, unfortunately we are not able to help anymore since unmerge simply reverse your account to the state of when it was not yet merged, but it's not possible if you have made trades of transferred your account on another server. I am really sorry to disappoint you, please let me know if I can help you in any other way. Have a wonderful day !

  20. Hi @smhkid1 I am sorry for the inconvenience. Is it possible that you have opened the console of the game by pressing F2 (on pc) or just dragged it down from the top from android? To close it, just press again F2 from pc and drag it back from android and it should close itself. If that's not your issue, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of the issue. Hi @StarringSanjay I'm sorry for the inconvenience I would like to inform and ensure you that you didn't lose your progress and that everything is still there, you just need to merge your account and i will now help you explaining how to do that. As first, take note that the Red and Blue server has merged to form the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. You will need to merge your accounts by log in the DASHBOARD and merge your accounts. I checked your account StarringSanjay and it seems like you have 44 hours on the Blue Server, so if you want to have back your progress you have to select Blue Server as your main server. To merge, log into your dashboard and a message saying you are not yet merged should appear somewhere in the page. If that should not appear, try to click "My account" and "Server Transfer" (just change tab, no need to transfer) and it should appear. I also suggest to read the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE for questions you may have and if you should experience any issue while merging. In case that, after the merge, you should still get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password from the DASHBOARD, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) Let me know if you have been successful in solving your issue and if you have any further questions.
