  4. Hi @smhkid1 I am sorry for the inconvenience. Is it possible that you have opened the console of the game by pressing F2 (on pc) or just dragged it down from the top from android? To close it, just press again F2 from pc and drag it back from android and it should close itself. If that's not your issue, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of the issue. Hi @StarringSanjay I'm sorry for the inconvenience I would like to inform and ensure you that you didn't lose your progress and that everything is still there, you just need to merge your account and i will now help you explaining how to do that. As first, take note that the Red and Blue server has merged to form the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. You will need to merge your accounts by log in the DASHBOARD and merge your accounts. I checked your account StarringSanjay and it seems like you have 44 hours on the Blue Server, so if you want to have back your progress you have to select Blue Server as your main server. To merge, log into your dashboard and a message saying you are not yet merged should appear somewhere in the page. If that should not appear, try to click "My account" and "Server Transfer" (just change tab, no need to transfer) and it should appear. I also suggest to read the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE for questions you may have and if you should experience any issue while merging. In case that, after the merge, you should still get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password from the DASHBOARD, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) Let me know if you have been successful in solving your issue and if you have any further questions. In the while, could you please clarify the whole situation? In short: you had a Caramel Mount and traded it for a Chocolate one. The moment you wanted to buy again the Caramel, since you used it to trade, you were able to buy it but the chocolate disappeared from your inventory? You should be able to teach back the move to your Pidgeot through the move-relearner when your Pidgeot is level 44/45+, since the move can be learnt at level 44. You can find the Move Relearner in the following locations: Kanto - Cerulean City; Saffron City; Tutor Heaven Johto - Goldenrod City; Blackthorn City Hoenn - Slateport City marketplace; Sootopolis City Sinnoh - Snowpoint City and Hearthome City If you meet the requirements but are still not able to teach it back, could you please give me a screenshot of the moves that the relearner offer to teach your pokemom back? I have contacted the Developer Team in order to check if it's possible that there is any issue on our end, could you please tell me in the while the specification of your hardware and also try to run a check of your connection to see if there's any issue on your end? Sometimes, a simple reset/restart your modem might help while having connection issues. If you are experiencing instead a kick of the game after being afk for 8 minutes, that's simply how the system works in order to prevent the farm of playtime. For what regard editing any file of the client, as our GAME RULES states I will update you with the answer of our developers as soon as possible, please be patient in the while.   25. Hi there @petrosmpak @Boghald ! I am sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the Item Recycler is temporarily disabled due to an issue that has been found within the code of the NPC. Our content scripters and developers are working on it to fix it as soon as possible, but there is not an actual estimated amount of time for the bug-fix to be completed.
