  1. Hi @theserious ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced. I would like to inform you that we are currently working on a way to give another chance to players to catch Manaphy if it has been killed or a disconnection/crash has been experienced. Once this option will be added, you will simply have to fight and defeat the boss Nikola that you can find in the Unknown Place, in the TRAINER VALLEY Unfortunately, i cannot give you an estimated time for when this will happen, but you can stay tuned on the #announcements channel of our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD for further announcements. I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018) and the merge is useful only to merge Red & Blue account into Silver. If you would like to transfer servers, you would have to wait until the Admins open the topic again. For future reference, you can find the topic and the requirements here: SERVER TRANSFER TOPIC. Take note that, if the chance of transfer will be available again, there is not an estimated time for when it will happen.   6. Hi @BlackXcite ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following: Install the latest version of .NET Framework Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. Please attach screenshot of folder path if it doesn't fix it. Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found HERE Restart your computer Run the program as Administrator Disable your Firewall and Reinstall. Could you please try the following: Try Alt+Tab Use an Escape Rope Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar Log out, and then back in Close the whole client and start PRO again Let me know if you have been successful in solving your issue and if you have any further questions, have a wonderful day !
  8. Hi @Algerie31 ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, when using a really old system it is possible to encounter issues like graphic lag, freeze, etc. As first thing i suggest you to make sure to have installed all the latest driver for your computer and to make sure to have only PRO running on your PC while playing and closing from the task manager all the other applications that you do not need in that moment. You may also look on google to check how to defrag your hard disk as that may be helpful in speeding it up. Furthermore, I suggest you to disable the Weather and the Detailed Lightning in the in-game settings as they may help in increasing the performance. Take note that the lower your resolution setting will be and, in theory, the lower should be load on your PC and in that way you should be able to increase your performance.   12. Hi @LaMan ! Is it possible that you are referring to the signature? Like the GIF i have at the end of my messages, for example. If yes, generally people do them using photoshop or other graphic softwares. You can also find good signatures on google, the important is that they have to follow our RULES. You can also check our sub-forum ART-SHOPS to find graphic-artitsts that create them in change of pokedollars. To add them to your profile then, just go in the settings/preferences of your account and then select signature. From there you have to type [IMG]link of the image you want as signature[/img] Let me know if that is what you were looking for and if you have any further questions.   16. Hi @borocute123 ! I would like to inform you that once you encounter a Pokémon, it has 5% of chances of having its Hidden Ability as Ability. You can raise the chance from 5% to 25% by using the Black Medallion. To check which is the Hidden Ability of Pokémon, you can use Bulbapedia or check in the in-game Pokedex the Pokémon you are interested in and then watch the Ability with the name colored orange. For example, the Hidden Ability of Eevee is Anticipation. Below, in the spoiler, you can see how Anticipation, as hidden ability, is visualized with the name colored orange in the Pokedex. [spoiler=Hidden Ability] After that you know which is the Hidden Ability of a Pokémon, you simply have to check your caught Pokémon's information and check if it is the hidden one.   18. Hi @kuu234 ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the Berry Forest is located in Sevii Island Three. To reach Sevii Island you have to talk with Sevii Island Transporter in Vermilion City dock. Once you are in Three Island ( Sevii Island Three Town), go west until you reach Bond Brdige. From there, you have to keep going west and then north until you will find the teleport that will bring you to Berry Forest. Take note that to access Sevi Islands you need to meet the following requirements, as stated in our HOW TO ACCESS SPECIFIC MAPS guide. Kanto Champion Membership only Need to do the quest to be able to freely roam between thee Islands. You can find further information about Sevii Islands, like the quest and how to reach all the areas in the Island, here: SEVII ISLANDS GUIDE. Unfortunately i am unable to recover your Level 18 Gastly with 29 SPD 29 SPATK because you released it when it had no ID, as you can see from your screenshot, and that means that it didn't get saved on our database. However, i can recover the level 22 one, if you are interested. When you catch an important Pokémon it is suggested to log out and then reconnect in order to force save that Pokémon giving it an ID. Without doing this procedure, a Pokémon usually need a couple of minutes to obtain an ID. I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand. Could you please go in all the location of where the Beasts are located and check which one you miss? You can find them at the following location: Entei: Johto Safari Mountain Zone (You'll need Rock Smash to get to him) Suicune: Tohjo Falls (You'll need Waterfall to get to him) Raikou: Mt. Silver 3F Take note that if you have obtained the seen data in another way, like in PVP, it won't count for the quest.
