  1. Hi everyone and welcome in the 20th Official Ladder Tournament ! This tournament is for the top 25 players of the ladder of May 2019! Please register within the next four days! The ladder tournament will be on showdown with PRO rules! -[/hr] To make the tournament cross server To keep a safe log of all matches To give the option to play more different teams -[/hr] Rated pvp rules apply. Please familiarise yourself with these if you have not done so already. If you disconnect, it will be counted as a loss unless your opponent agrees to a rematch. Finish the matches within the stated time: If you didn't complete your match within the stated time, the winner will be decided by coinflip. If your opponent tried to contact you and you didn't react within the stated time, you will be disqualified. -Evidence is needed in this case! [*]You have to post the replay links to prove that you won within the given time. [*]You will have 2~4 days per round! [*]You can use as many Pokemon as you want and don't need to register them. [*]You can only use Pokemon that are catchable and not banned on PRO. [*]You are allowed to use following moves that do not work 100 % correctly in PRO: Belch, Bug Bite, Bulldoze, Counter, Defog, Detect, Doom Desire, Draining Kiss, Explosion, Fake Out, Flare Blitz, Last Resort, Mirror Coat, Outrage, Parting Shot, Protect, Rapid Spin, Razor Wind, Sleep Talk, Softboiled, Slack Off, Stealth Rock, Sucker Punch, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web, Taunt, Pressure, U-Turn and Volt Switchm, Magic Coat. [*]You are allowed to use following abilities that do not work 100 % correctly in PRO: Competitive, Cute Charm, Defeatist, Fur Coat, Drought, Drizzle, Dry Skin, Ice Body, No Guard, Refrigerate, Sand Stream, Snow Warning, Unburden, Synchronize, Contrary, Mold Breaker. [*]You have to join the ladder tournament discord, before the tournament starts. You will get the invite link, after your registration [*]Shaymin (Land) will be allowed in our tournaments however Shaymin (Sky) remains banned! -[/hr] Q: Which Pokemon can be used in showdown tournaments? A: You can use all Pokemon, abilities, items and moves that were coded and allowed, when the tournament started. Reference: PVP RULES The list is longer, so only use them, if you are sure that they are coded and allowed. If you are unsure, feel free to ask. Q: We didn't finish our match within the given time. What happens now? A: If you tried to contact your opponent and s/he didn't answer, then your opponent will be disqualified. Evidences are needed. If both of you didn't try to contact each other or weren't able to agree on a date, then the match will be coinflipped. Q: The timer in PRO is different than in Showdown. What do we do? A: If your opponent asks and you agree with the timer, it will be counted as you agreed with it (it is possible for us to see the Chat History on sd). If your opponent turn on the timer without asking for your input and you don't want it, you are allowed to quit the match and rematch it after. This is only applied if he turned the timer on the current turn, or previous turn, so pay attention to SD Chat. Q: PRO has no formats. Which one do we use? A: Gen 7 Anything Goes. Q: I can't agree on different terms with my opponent. What happens now? A: If you make reasonable suggestions and your opponent does not agree without making his own suggestions, then it will count as a refusal to battle.   4. Hi @Spindashz I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the delay. I would like to inform you that once you encounter a Pokémon, the ID, which is the thing that tell us that the Pokémon has been saved in our database, is obtained only once the Pokémon has been caught and in two possible ways: Waiting some minute after the Pokémon has been caught (generally the time necessary to obtain an ID is around 3-5 minutes) Relog, as relogging automatically force save your progress and therefore help you to avoid, or minimize, your losses. With that said, i regret to inform you that, as you were still fighting it or you had just caught it, and therefore it had not obtained an ID yet, we are not able to recover it for you as Pokémon without ID do not appear on our database. Also, unfortunately, we cannot refund you by spawning the said Pokémon again as it would be unfair to other player who accepted the loss of their progress due to crashing, regardless if on our end or their, if we restore your Pokémon and not their money/pokemon/cooldown. Please also take the time to read the thread linked below, for future reference: However as Pokemon Revolution Online is a project in continuous update and that we understand that experiencing crashes and losing progress can be frustrating, we always work and try to improve the stability of our servers but is not perfect and it can sometimes still result in a crash. Our developers are working no-stop in order to fix the server to a point where it will be again playable as we really care about our community and want to make sure that everyone enjoy the game and everyone is happy while playing it. They are totally reworking the server code and there will be an update soon where python will be completely rei-mplemented in PRO and many, many other things in the server code as well, and this should be enough to fix a lot of things or at least give us the chance to pinpoint the other problems and therefore fix them in a fastest way. In addition to what said above, i would like to inform you that in the future our TOOLS will be updated as well in order to help us check things like shop-logs and other things that may be loss due to a crash and therefore help us to have solid proof where we can base refunds on in case someone should lose part of their progress. Also, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. If the disconnect was caused by connection issues on your end, you may try the following: Call your internet provider. Troubleshoot Your Hardware. Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Try a New DNS Server I know it can be frustrating to lose part of your progress, but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your request.   6. Hi @hayme I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we are unable to move your PVE/PVP coins and PVP Cosmetics from one of your account to another because it is intended to being able to trade them as they are untradeable. If we would move them for you it would be unfair to all the other players that requested the same during their PRO adventure and their request have been rejected for the same exact reason.   8. Hi @Unilox I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up. To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE After you've downloaded again the latest client, please try to teach again the move to your Pokémon by interacting with the move relearner in Cerulean City and paying 2000 pokedollars and the issue should be solved. Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc. Most important, our current TOOLS do not permit us to track the shop logs and how money get spent, so we have no way to verify and refund these kind of things.   10. Hi @Evotis I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we're not providing any support for Linux (Ubuntu is a linux distribution) users as of now, but that doesn't mean we wont do that in the future. Although there's no guarantee that we will do that. Basically, it's because our Developer can't use IL2CPP on Linux. We're still looking for a workaround to this as we understand we have a small yet significant player base from Linux as well. I understand your concern, but as of now we can't do much. You'll simply have to wait until a potential Linux client is released in the future. However, there is no estimated time for this and it's not certain that one will ever come out due to technical restraints. Please do note that PRO staff are volunteers and act in their own time. Unfortunately, if even following the INSTALLATION ON LINUX you have not been able to solve the issue, there's not much we can do about that as we do not offer support to linux users as of now due to technical restraints, as stated above. A workaround would probably be to download the client already patched asking to one of your friend, if you have one, to pass you that. But i'm not sure that could work. I would like to inform you first of all that all the files of PRO have to be all in the same folder without any other additional file not related to PRO. Please, try to extract everything in the correct folder and then try to run the game with admin privileges, could you please tell me what is the version of windows that you are running and what is the anvirus that you're using? After you have tried again the procedure, make sure to attach the patchererror.txt that you can find into your PROClient folder. Looking forward to your reply, have a wonderful day !

I would like to inform you that you are able to enable/disable the chat by clicking on the chat-setting icon in the botto-right part of the chat. Once you have opened the chat-settings, make sure to have enabled the Trade Chat and that you don't have more than 6 chats enabled as that's the maximum number you can have. Unfortunately, i regret to inform you that we are not able to refund you of your lost money/progress or reset the cooldown of the boss as our TOOLS do not permit us to do that and because it would be unfair to the others that experienced a similar loss of the progress and accepted the fact that we are not able to refund them. It would be also really hard to refund more than 1500 players at each crash and would take a lot of time; time that we are currently using to fix the server crashes and status. However, our developers communicated that they will try their best to optimize our TOOLS in order to permit us to have a better check over these things, and many others, and therefore permit us to give a better help to players in these situations in the future. Please, take your time to read below: The reason of why the boss cooldown have not been reset after the crash is because or the server didn't experience a normal crash, but first just kicked out all the players and this is why the cooldown wasn't reset. Also, i would like to inform you that we are aware of the issues related to the status of our server, and i can assure you that our Developers are working on a fix and that fixing them is our main priority in this moment, as we understand that frequently disconnections may be frustrating. I would also like to inform you that crashes can still happen, even if our developers have reduced them a lot (servers have been online without crash for over than 15 hours) by applying several fixes. Nevertheless, our developers are working non-stop in order to completely fix the issues and minimize/avoid any possible crash. Many updates have been made already and others will follow, included the rework and complete re-implementation of python in PRO and as well fixes in the server code that should help to solve most of the issues and help to pinpoint the others. Also, despite there are issues on our end for what regard the stability of our servers, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. That should normally fix your issue, so please try that if you didn't. However, you're able to buy another DIG in Celadon Mart for 3,500 pokedollars or obtain a free one, if you have not received that yet , in cerulean house 6.
