Hi @ram112233 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, i regret to inform you that we do not offer anymore this service. Trade Moderators spent a large amount of time the recent months to reverse the trades of region locked Pokemon because users kept ignoring the huge notification Eaty implemented to notify them during the trade. From now on and to save really valuable amount of time, such services will not be offered by PRO TMODs or any PRO Staff. Be sure to read the notifications carefully, else you will have to wait until you will have completed the region of the Pokémon that you have traded/ been given. In specific, when you trade a pokemon to a person that has not that region unlocked, you will receive a warn that will inform you about that. I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand. Please, let me know if you have any further questions or if something is unclear. Have a wonderful day!

Hi @nettto123 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that you should be able to open the console on android. Hi @kirakira123 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up. To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE After you've downloaded again the latest client, please try to teach again the move to your Pokémon and the issue should be solved. Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc. Most important, our current TOOLS do not permit us to track the shop logs and how money get spent, so we have no way to verify and refund these kind of things. I'm sorry to disappoint you but I hope you can understand. Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue and if you have any further questions. Have a wonderful day !

resolved Trying to relearn old moves, does nothing, still takes money

Hi @Nick555jj I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to download 7ZIP and then try to extract your client by using that? Normally, changing extract software it should fix most of the issues. Also, can you please make sure that you are using the administrator account of your PC? Hi @SexyGirl I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the update that you mentioned are part of graphic contents that will be used on the new region. In specific, the tiles are basically the ""texture"" that we use to create maps meanwhile npc sprites are simply the characters graphic of npc/pokemon. Hi @Nichan7985 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the movesets of Shaymin/Shaymin-Sky were all reset and changed into Tackle as there was an issue with Shaymin where the said Pokémon could learn moves that it could technically not learn. Due to that, and the fact that many people had taught their Shaymin moves that it could not learn, we have decided to reset the moveset of all the existing one and apply a fix where now Shaymin can learn just the moveset that it can learns in the original game. I would like to inform you that thanks to a recent update, you're now able to teach Surf to all your Pikachu with your OT, and not only if you have picked Pikachu as your starter. To do that, go in route 19 (south of fuchsia) and interact with NPC Victor. I hope the information given provided some clarification, please let me know if you have any further questions. Hi @nettto123 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunantely, we are unable to de-evolve pokemon due to technical restraints. The only thing we can do is delevelling them or recover if they have been released due to a mistake. Quoting our EVOLUTION & DELEVELING MEGATHREAD: Also, unfortunately i cannot give you another Pokémon as this would be unfair towards all the other players that experienced a similar issue and accepted the fact we do not de-evolve or gift pokemon. Could you please try to change/switch place to your Cloyster with another Pokémon and check if your Pokémon is indeed healed and it was just a visual bug? I would also like to inform you that our developers are already working on solving these issues but unfortunately it is not really easy and it can take a bit of time to solve them and therefore there is not any estimated time as for when these issue will be completely fixed. Nevertheless, our developers are totally reworking the server python and there will be an update soon where python will be completely reimplemented in PRO and many, many other things in the server code as well and this should be enough to fix a lot of things or at least give us the chance to pinpoint the other problems and therefore fix them. I would like to inform you that every time that we apply an update to Pokémon Revolution Online, we always make an update-changelog post in the UPDATE LOGS THREAD. In this case, you can find all the changes in the spoiler here below: [spoiler=Changelog 31.5.2019] Unity version bump. Global vars (World quests/cross user scripts) should work properly now. Scripters can use Pokemon form sprites for NPCs now. Fixed random seed. Generating the same Pokemon won't happen anymore. Pokemon happiness increases on bike now as well (half as fast). Reworked and fixed many bugs/problems regarding Python. Moves and evolutions shouldn't overlap anymore. Multi evolutions work properly now when more than one Pokemon in your team evolves. Your Pokemon won't learn moves twice anymore. Increased chat character limit from 100 to 256. Max Revive and Max Ether work now. Many notifications and display bugs regarding abilities that were triggered at battle start work properly now (Download, Mold Breaker, weather effects and many more were not displayed correctly in NPC battles). Added Dewgong, S Dewgong, Shaymin-Sky, S Shaymin Sky, BP Shaymin-Sky, Salamence mounts. Added new tiles and NPC sprites for Unova. Added first Shadow forms for testers. Added new male and female haircuts (not obtainable yet). Added Obsidian Wings, Vivillon Wings, Tingle clothes and Gracidea flowers. Snorlax mount was slightly changed visually. Many, many other hotfixes and a few new features that should increase content teams productivity. Hi @Happu I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that when you start to play the story of a region, you will be able to use only the Pokémon native of that region, meanwhile all the one native of other regions will be locked in your pc until you have the 8th badge of the region you're playing. For what regard the Pokémon native of regions not unlocked yet, you will have to first to start/complete them. Therefore, as you've just finished Johto's story but you have not started yet Hoenn, you will be able to use only Johto's Pokémon. With that said, the Gible is native from Hoenn, a region that you have not played yet, and that means that you will be able to use that Gible only when you will start the Hoenn Region. Do note that we cannot move out the Pokémon from your PC as it is intended to have the Pokémon of the previous and the future regions stuck into your PC while playing a region. Hi @naio75 Thank you for your patience. I would like to inform you that your account has been unmerged and you can now merge it again. You will need to merge your accounts by log in the DASHBOARD and merge your accounts. I checked your account Zercon and it seems like you have 40 hours on the Blue Server, so if you want to have back your progress you have to select Blue Server as your main server. To merge your account you can use the following guide under the spoilers: [spoiler= Step 1] Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2] Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! I also suggest to read the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE for questions you may have and if you should experience any issue while merging. In case that, after the merge, you should still get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password from the WEBSITE-FORGOT PASSWORD, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) Remember that you are able to play, with your old progress, only on the Silver Server since the server transfers are closed in this moment.
