Hi @wilkiller I was not able to replicate the error and i could teach Dragon Claw without any issue. It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up. To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE After you've downloaded again the latest client, please try to teach again the move to your Pokémon and the issue should be solved. Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc. I hope you can understand. Hi @Purpl I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The server were down due to some technical difficulties. However, they are now back online and you should be able to log in the game normally. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it goes against the general support rules. An announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As the issue has now been solved, i will now close the thread. Have a wonderful day!

Hi @Ralian11 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, i have not been able to replicate the issue you have described and clicking it once opened the item-inventory meanwhile the second time simply did nothing. I regret to inform you that we are unable to recover your Master ball for you as we have no way to verify that you really had one and you have used it, as well due to the fact that such a issue seems to not be able to be replicated and therefore it might have been an error on your end since you just need to click once to open the inventory. We are also unable to give you a new Master ball as, if we would give you a new one, it would be unfair to all the other players that used their master balls due to a mistake and accepted the loss of them due to that. Nevertheless, quoting our ITEM GUIDE, you are able to obtain a new Master Ball in the following ways: I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand. To solve this issue, please go ahead and change your password from the WEBSITE - PASSWORD CHANGE, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) It might be necessary to change your password more time in order to make it work. I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, we are not able to recover your Raichu as that is not a bug and you have many ways to deny the trade once you talk to the NPC. The first when he ask if you are really intending to trade your Raichu, and the 2nd when you choose your Pokémon. Therefore, as you have accepted in both those two steps to trade your Raichu, we are not able to recover it for you as it would be unfair to all the others players that accepted the loss of their Pokémon once traded to any NPC if we would recover your Pokémon and not their. Hi @FlareV I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the move Draining Kiss is currently coded incorrectly, as it indeed do not recover health points. This is stated in the LIST OF BROKEN MOVES which you can check to see what move and ability are not coded or coded incorrectly. There is not an estimated time as for when this exact move will be coded. However, with the new PVP UPDATE that will come in 2 months, we are planning to have all the moves, items and pokemon properly work as they should be. I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, PRO's main story-line and similar will be kept English as the widely accepted "official" language in the game, even by bilingual players. The only things we plan to translate are menus, options, etc. However, there is no estimated time frame for this, and it's considered very low-priority. I would like to inform you that you do not need to activate your account anymore as the account-activation has been removed and therefore is not longer required. Could you please clarify if you're trying to access using the account Veetijj? I would like to inform you that, as our Developers state on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, our goal is to make all moves, abilities, items and forms (Megas included) work in-fight. That means literally that we want everything PVP Related to works properly (moves, abilities, items, forms, etc). Unfortunately we cannot disclose any further information as for now as the project has been just started, as stated on discord, but keep in mind that for any further update about that, and any other thing related on Pokemon Revolution Online, we will make an announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD , so please stay tuned there.
