As compensation for the big periods of maintenance the PRO Staff gave a mini ms to everyone, this happened twice so for that you have 2 of those mini ms. The duration of that MS is of 3 days. For that i would like suggest you join our DISCORD SERVER to know when the servers are unstable or when the server will go under a maintenance. If you continue thinking it wasnt a server crash or a maintenance please make sure you check this steps to stabilize your connection with the game: Call your internet provider to ask if their internet try to kick PRO. Troubleshoot your Hardware. Opt for a wired connection if you're using a wireless connection Turn off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Try a new DNS Server.   6. Greetings, @Chikoto I have unmerged your account, now you must merge your account from RED SERVER to get the progress you had in the story of that server. You can do it through the DASHBOARD as you did before. Keep in mind sometimes when you merge an account the password gets un-synchronice and you get unable to log in silver server, so you would have to synchronice it again through the option FORGOT PASSWORD. As i could see you have choosen the wrong Server while you was doing the merge option, you have choosen BLUE SERVER instead of RED SERVER and if you have choosen blue server the progress on the story of silver will be the progress of BLUE SERVER instead of the RED one. For this i would like offer you an unmerge, all the currently progress in Silver server will be deleted but you will be able to merge again and get the progress back. I will be waitting your reply.   10. Greetings, @Leorik Sorry for the inconvenience. What you have experienced is called Rollback, where you can lose part of your progress and items you consumed before the crash on pokemon. Unfortunately i have to inform you we can not refound you the spent rare candies, would be unfair for those users what lost their progress with the crash too. I would like you see this quote:

Greetings, @wassim1234 Sorry for the inconvenience. i would like suggest you to delete the currently client you have and download it again to reemplace it in case the currently client have a corrupt files. Regarding the refound of those 20k, unfortunately we can not give you back those 20k, this is because would be unfair for those users who got DC, client crashes during the ev's training and their refound got rejected. Greetings, @rajkkapadia Sorry for the inconvenience. if you caught Entei via Entei Guardian and you complete the World Quest you will not need to fight the Raikou Guardian or Suicune Guardian 3 times to get the pokemon the legendary dog, will appear on the island you only will need to talk to the dog and he will attack you. But remember you dont have only the chance to get one of those dogs, it can appear pseudo legendary pokemon too, for that we recommend to bring a masterball and a lot of sync pokemon. Those moves indeed are not coded, but gadly i can inform you the Developers are reworking the Battle-PVP code from scratch right now, this is not an easy work so it can take a little. They are working in a new code because it is not possible anymore to work on the currently code. This means the mostly of the currently bugs will be fixed with this new PVP update, but for that our Developers will need be fully concentrate on the rework. If you would like be informed in the latest upcoming/new updates i would like suggest you join in our DISCORD SERVER there you can find a channel called #announcements where you can check the upcoming information or events. However, there is no ETA when this PvP update will come. If you would like further information about this i would like suggest you have a look this THREAD. When a pokemon doesnt evolve via level when it should do is a problem regarding the happiness, i would like suggest you let your pokemon gets defeat by a Wild pokemon to decrease the happiness, then log out for a couple seconds, revive the pokemon and try to level up again to evolve it. i will be waitting your reply.
