Hello, I am sorry for the caused invonvenience. Jenny Boss is still coded in Xana and needs to be reworked in Python. We have disabled the bot for now as it started to give these error messages. Actually that's right, I think the whole server has been close to this rate. Definetly the toughest outbreak so far, but let's not forget that you are actually getting a really good Pokemon back in return as you said your earlier post. Hello Rahz, I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. Having bad luck while hunting has only to do with unlucky RNG, there isn't really more to it. There is no bug or glitch related to your account, I just hope you are hunting on the right spott :) I've taken a look in the amount of Jangmo-o's you've caught and saw you've caught a good amount of them. It was a tough hunt, but not the worst. However as said above this has nothing to do with your account or a bug/glitch. You were just unlucky. Hope this answered your concerns. Kind regards, Contrary

Hello @Asmodeus24 , First of all I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. I would like to inform you that such behaviour is not tolerated by our staff team and that the user has broken a trade rule. From PRO Trade Rules: If you have any evidence of it happening I suggest you to report in the Report Center. Trade mods will punish said user in such a case. If you have no screenshot of the chat, there is sadly nothing we can do. I hope you understand that, we can't act without evidence. I suggest you read the PRO rules so you know in which cases you can report an user for breaking the rules. I hope my answer has informed you well on the matter. Have a good day. Hello @smhkid1, I am really sorry for the caused inconvenience. Unfortunately you got hit by a rollback, we don't refund in these situations. This due to players who accepted their loss in the past, it would be unfair to refund your items now because we didn't refund them aswell. About the rollback: Once again I am sorry for the caused inconvenience and hope for your understanding. We can't refund the items,, but I can give you some tips to find them or buy them: Do diggspots (3day cooldown), sell the items and buy the rare candies for a good price from other players. Battle Bosses/NPC's. (You can check the cooldown of the bosses with the Boss cooldown checker in Celadon city. NPC's have a 7 day cooldown) and buy rare candies for a good price from other players. There are some free rare candy spots, check the item guide to find them. If you have a question about said above, please don't hesitate to ask. I wish you a good day! Kind Regards, Contrary
