Hello @Jolina. Sorry for the inconvenience. The Tester team is currently investigating this bug. If there is any further information you could provide regarding it, it would be very helpful. In the meantime, we do not recommend battling bosses if this bug could affect your ability to defeat them.

Stick to your original thread. You've created multiple posts regarding the same issue. Please be patient and your turn will come. Do note that there are dozens of players with the same issue that are being handled simultaneously, so don't think you are being ignored. Your thread will be handled as soon as we are able to. Creating further posts about the same thing will lead to forum punishment.

Hello @Xytreh. Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in these situations. We cannot restore anything that wasn't caught. Also, we cannot refund the item since there's no guarantee it would spawn Raikou again. If we do it for you, then we would have to do it for anyone who claims the same, which can lead to it being abused by players unhappy with what spawned. I'm sure this is disappointing to hear, but please try to understand. Take care.- 1 reply

Hello @Shadowlmao. My apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, there is no way to take the item off the locked Pokémon. When entering a new region, you are warned that any held items equipped to your Pokémon will be locked alongside the Pokémon. You'll have to get the 8th Hoenn badge to be able to retrieve your Exp. Share. I'm sure this isn't the response you were hoping for, but please try to understand. Have a great rest of your day.

Hello, There was an issue with the NPC not distributing the tickets to the winners. However, it was resolved quickly by Alcedo. You should be able to claim your prize by speaking to the Mysterious Cultist again.

Hello @Dinh3937. Sorry for the late response. You are correct. This is a bug, but the Devs are already aware of it and it was supposed to be added in with the last client update. However, it was overlooked. It will be fixed soon, though. The reason you cannot see it is because the sprite for it is missing. It would be a Valentine’s Day Gardevoir caught in a Beast Ball. As Shiningluck has explained, there is no bug. If you're unhappy with the changes, take it to the Complaint section. If you have suggestions for the game, head to the Suggestion section. @Alexsenpai28 Do not post inappropriate images. Disagreeing with a change is fine, but remain respectful to everyone, including Staff, when doing so. Any out-of-line behavior will be punished.

Hello. This is a false-positive. The game files are completely safe. You can add the filed to the whitelist of your antivirus or temporarily disable the antivirus to play the game. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hello @Encladius. My apologies for the late response. On July 14th, you traded x1 Snom Hat to Koziro for 80k. Do you remember this trade? As for the Master Ball(s), have you perhaps started the Heatran quest but not finished it? The Buck NPC will take away all your Master Ball and Rare Candy until you complete the quest. Once completed, speaking to him will return your items. Let me know if you have further questions.
