  3. Hello @Lacomus. My apologies for the late response. You are correct that there is no way of removing these items from your inventory, aside from actually using them. It is possible to remove these items, but it raises a few problems. Creates unnecessary work for Staff. If we oblige with your request, we set a precedent and must oblige every future request of this kind. Not only that, but we must go through the process of deleting the items, which can take time, depending on how much the player wants removed. These items do no harm sitting in your inventory. We would be providing a solution for a problem that isn't there. With that being said, do you mind telling me the reason behind your request?
  4. Hello @Mainvijay. My apologies for the late response. In these situations, you need to contact the player you lent your Pokémon to and ask them to end the lend. Staff cannot do it for you. If you do not remember the players name, then we can help with that, but nothing further. However, I see you successfully transferred servers, so I will close this thread as its resolved.   6. Hello @Thatkid. My apologies for the late response. I've tried interacting with this tree myself and it worked like any other headbuttable tree. However, I will consult our Content Scripter team to see what could have happened (and also about the spelling error). In the meantime, could you tell me if you had a Pokémon that was able to headbutt the tree or a Battering Ram on you?
  7. Hello @Mathiaswow. My apologies for the inconvenience. Please try lowering the happiness of your Azurill by having it faint against a wild Pokémon, afterward have it reach max happiness(255) again and it should present you with the evolution prompt. Let me know if you have further questions.

  9. Hello As time passes, the game progresses and we try to improve it on as many fronts as we can. One of these is the AI of NPCs. NPCs are now able to switch Pokémon depending on the situation. For example, if it is locked into an ineffective move or has been hit by Disable, it may switch out. Hope that clears things up. If you have further questions, please let me know.

  15. Hello @Feki93. Based on the footage, it seems you did not check one spot where Gardevoir can be in. See image below. Right behind the candlestick, you can see a few pixels poking out. That's the missing Gardevoir that was preventing the boss from spawning. I know it may be hard to see, but that's part of the challenge. Try to look more carefully next time.   19. Hello @Raikoben100. My apologies for the inconvenience. When starting the Heatran quest, the Buck NPC will take away all your Rare Candy and Masterballs until you complete the quest. Hope this clears things up. If you have further questions, please let me know.
  20. Hello @Leicam131. According to our database, you already have the Cut HM in your inventory. Meaning you have completed the S.S. Anne quest line and can proceed onto challenging the Vermillion City Gym. Can you take a screenshot of your TM/HM inventory section?

  24. Hello. Unfortunately, we currently do not have a comfortable way of deleting accounts so we do not delete accounts for now.
  25. If you’re in desktop, you can open two clients and trade between your two accounts. Otherwise, you can use an intermediary third party to trade to your second account. Just make sure it’s someone you trust and always take screenshots to be absolutely safe.
