Hello @Translucidex. My apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in these cases. We cannot prove there was a server crash that prevented you from being able to unequip the items. I'm sure this is disappointing, but please try to understand. Take care.

Hello @Garnet. My apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, we cannot reset the cooldown when this happens. We cannot verify if the server crashed at the time you claim it did, so we can't prove it wasn't on your end. I know this is disappointing, but please try to understand. Take care.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. This happens due to limitations of the Pokédex. Any alternate forms of a Pokémon, such as Alolan forms, cannot be shown due to these limitations. Hopefully, in the future, this will be changed and the Pokédex will be improved to include all Pokémon and their forms. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done at the moment. Salamence can learn Hurricane in Generations 8 and 9. Since PRO uses the Generation 7 learnsets, it cannot learn Hurricane. Do you have any further questions?

Hello @Mactonight. Currently, there is no TM or Tutor for the move Hurricane. What Pokémon are you trying to teach it to?
