Hello @Kozigeorge. Are you sure you're not confusing it with another account? There is no history of you ever owning the Heracronite. You only own the Pinsirite and Beedrillite. You'll need to win the Bug Catching Contest 3 times to be able to claim the Heracronite.

Hello @Max0213. My apologies for the late response. In short, yes this is allowed, since creating it would not place you over the account limit. Your officers can access the account to manage the shop, even if they have 4 accounts already. However, they cannot get on the account to generate money on it(any repeatable content), as this would mean they are using more than 4 accounts to gain profit. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. This happens due to limitations of the Pokédex. Any alternate forms of a Pokémon, such as Alolan forms, cannot be shown due to these limitations. Hopefully, in the future, this will be changed and the Pokédex will be improved to include all Pokémon and their forms. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done at the moment. Salamence can learn Hurricane in Generations 8 and 9. Since PRO uses the Generation 7 learnsets, it cannot learn Hurricane. Do you have any further questions?
