Hello @Hektor047. Both of these paths are no longer accessible because the areas they lead to are old event areas that we no longer use/were remade and moved elsewhere. There's no quest or requirement that unlocks these areas. Simply not accessibly by anyone. Hope that clears things up. If you have more questions, please let me know.

Hello @Hektor047. To evolve Haunter and Graveler, you are required to trade them. This, of course, means that another player would then take possession of them. However, if you make it clear that it’s to evolve your Pokémon, players return them. Make sure you ask them to not evolve it themselves and trade them back as their pre-evolved form so that you evolve them when you get them back. Ask a player you trust to assist you in this. Make sure you always take screenshots of the agreement and trade, just in case they do not return your Pokémon. Alternatively, you can ask Staff for assistance in your trade evolutions. Let me know in this thread if you would like Staff help. I hope this clears things up. If not, or if you have further questions, please let me know.

Hello @Minhvy. My apologies for the inconvenience. Can you try getting another player to battle you and then logout during the battle? This should place you at the last Pokecenter you visited. If that does not work, please let me know and include a timeframe of when you’ll be online so I can move you out of there.

Double reroll service doensnt work

Hello @Gnit. My apologies for the late response. Double Reroll Service, as the name suggests, offers two rolls for every 1 reroll you use. So if you have 10 rerolls, you effectively are able to use 20 rerolls. There is a fee however, and it can be paid in three different forms. 1,200,000 Pokedollars 1 Mysterious Ticket 2 Reroll Tickets To me, it seems you used the payment option of 2 Reroll Tickets and only had 2 tickets, so you then had no tickets to reroll with. If that is the case, then, unfortunately, we cannot do anything. The NPC is quite clear in how the mechanic works. In the future, please be more careful, so you can avoid these types of situations. I know this is disappointing, but please try to understand. -

Hello @Giuseppelv63. My apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, there is currently no other method of obtaining Shoal Shells. So you are unable to acquire a Shell Bell at the moment. The Content Scripter team is aware of these limitations. We will have to wait and see what they have in mind for this. I'm sure this may be disappointing to read, but please try to understand.

Hello @Lacomus. My apologies for the late response. You are correct that there is no way of removing these items from your inventory, aside from actually using them. It is possible to remove these items, but it raises a few problems. Creates unnecessary work for Staff. If we oblige with your request, we set a precedent and must oblige every future request of this kind. Not only that, but we must go through the process of deleting the items, which can take time, depending on how much the player wants removed. These items do no harm sitting in your inventory. We would be providing a solution for a problem that isn't there. With that being said, do you mind telling me the reason behind your request?
