  2. Hello @Sunnie420. You can join your friend on Silver by transferring servers. You can do so by logging in on the Dashboard, going to the Server Transfer option on the left side, then clicking the Transfer button. You are able to transfer for free every 30 days and any transfer within those 30 days will cost 100 Coins. You will keep everything you have, except PvP rating.   8. Hello @Duytttt. The outcome of the battle with Red has no impact on anything. The requirement for Trainers Valley is that you battle with Red, not defeat him. So, you should be able to access Trainers Valley, assuming you meet the other requirements(120 caught data of Kanto Pokémon and 38 evolution data). Red cannot be battled again. Let me know if you have further questions.

  12. Hello, The required Pokémon must be from the original 151 Kanto dex, regardless of where they’re caught. So yes, if you catch a Magnemite in Johto, it will count towards the 120 needed. Keep in mind they they must be 120 different Kanto species. Let me know if you have any further questions.

  14. Hello @Kozigeorge. Are you sure you're not confusing it with another account? There is no history of you ever owning the Heracronite. You only own the Pinsirite and Beedrillite. You'll need to win the Bug Catching Contest 3 times to be able to claim the Heracronite.

  16. Hello @Max0213. My apologies for the late response. In short, yes this is allowed, since creating it would not place you over the account limit. Your officers can access the account to manage the shop, even if they have 4 accounts already. However, they cannot get on the account to generate money on it(any repeatable content), as this would mean they are using more than 4 accounts to gain profit. Let me know if you have further questions.

  24. Hello @Translucidex. My apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in these cases. We cannot prove there was a server crash that prevented you from being able to unequip the items. I'm sure this is disappointing, but please try to understand. Take care.
