  4. Hello @Dinh3937. Sorry for the late response. You are correct. This is a bug, but the Devs are already aware of it and it was supposed to be added in with the last client update. However, it was overlooked. It will be fixed soon, though. The reason you cannot see it is because the sprite for it is missing. It would be a Valentine’s Day Gardevoir caught in a Beast Ball. As for the Master Ball(s), have you perhaps started the Heatran quest but not finished it? The Buck NPC will take away all your Master Ball and Rare Candy until you complete the quest.   22. Hello and sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, we cannot comply with your request. You are able to get the item from your mailbox all on your own, without any need for Staff to get involved. Have your Silver character reach the 4th badge to unlock the use of the mailbox, retrieve the Coin Capsule and use it. The coin balance is shared by both characters, so you can open the Coin Capsule on Silver and extract the coins to Gold. Please be more careful in the future. Take care.
