  5. Hello @Luigilenda. My apologies for the late response. To evolve Eevee into Umbreon, you must have your Eevee reach max happiness(255) during nighttime. Night lasts from the Poketime of 20:00 to 3:59. If your Eevee does not evolve, try lowering its happiness by having it faint against a wild Pokémon, then max out its happiness once more during night and it should trigger the evolution. As for Sylveon, your Eevee must level up at Love Island while knowing a Fairy-type move. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

If you've lost access to them due to the new 2FA requirements, please make a thread in the 2FA Email Recovery & Assistance subforum. We will help you recovery your accounts. Creating more accounts will place you in violation of Rule #2, which prohibits a user from having more than 4 accounts.

  13. Hello @Kageguru. My apologies for the late response. It is possible that you had previously obtained these items and then sold them to the Item Maniac. Though we can't be sure, it is a strong possibility. Unfortunately, there is no other way of obtaining Shoal Shells. Meaning, you cannot get a Shell Bell this way. The Content Scripter team is aware of this, but as it stands, it has a low priority. Though this may not be the answer you were hoping for, please try to understand. Have a great day.

  21. Hello @Cuahangsung87. Have you perhaps started the Heatran quest recently? During this quest, the NPC Buck will take away all your Rare Candy and Master Ball(s) until you’ve completed the quest. Once finished, speak with Buck again and he will return your items.   23. Hello, just here to clarify a few things. -Currently, Shinohara is single-handedly processing all the 2FA related problems, which are now several hundred at this point. He is incredibly busy trying to be as fast and efficient as he can with everyone's requests. He will get to your thread when he is able to. All we ask is that you wait. -You will not lose your account. It will still be there even if you do not change the email quickly. This ties back into the first point of being patient. -The report button is for notifying Staff of rule-breaking behavior, to force a trade(Tmods only), or to draw our attention to a thread that is locked(player cannot reply to it anymore). By no means is it a way to get a quicker reply from us. Hope that clears things up. If there are any more questions you have, feel free to ask them.
