Hello @Nightraven91. My apologies for the late response. Growlithe will reset and change locations after a set amount of time has passed. The location is randomized for each player and can be hidden very well. We suggest checking behind bushes and trees. We’ve confirmed there are no bugs related to this. If you have anymore questions, please let me know.

Hello @Joeu. My apologies for the late response. You need to have at least 3 Revival Herb in your inventory, you currently have 0. You can buy Revival Herbs from any department store(Celadon, Goldenrod, Lilycove, Veilstone) for 2,800 Pokédollars. Let me know if you have further questions.

This isn’t the place for this kind of thing. In fact, this behavior is not tolerated at all. Reporting a player should only be done through the Report Center with the proper evidence. Publicly accusing a player is not the right course of action. This will serve as a warning.

Hello @Cirogomes2018. My apologies for the late response. Though the dashboard states it will take up to 48 hours for the request to be processed, in reality, it can take up to a week. This is because name changes are handled by Game Masters, whose heavy workload draws their attention elsewhere. Staff members are also all volunteers who do this on our free time. Not to mention real-world responsibilities such as work, school, family, etc. All those factors in tandem can cause delays for name change requests. Your name change will be processed soon enough, assuming you pass the criteria for one. Please just have a little bit more patience. Thank you.

Hello, Since the bug-related side of this has been resolved, I’ll take over. Seems like you forgot to claim the Gem from the Snow Area. Return to the Snow Area where you defeated Lord Wally Wally and claim the Gem that is in a rock next to the Leftovers item.
