Hello, Sadly, you are only able to change the nature of a Legendary Pokémon with the use of a Nature Reroll Ticket. It will not work on non-Legendary Pokémon. You can obtain a Nature Reroll Ticket by buying one from the PvE Shop or PvP Shop for 150 PvE Coins and 75 PvP coins, respectively. You can also receive it as a 7th day reward in News Reporter quest. According to our database, there is no history of you completing the Sinnoh quest. You should be able to start the quest by speaking with Paul in Lilycove City.

Could you try going to the step before this one and see if you perhaps missed something? That step would be finding the three Hoenn starter Pokémon in Route 101, Route 102, and Route 103, then speaking with Professor Birch in Route 103.

Puedes comprarla de la Coin Shop usando Coins que se obtienen por donar dinero real o por comprando un Coin Capsule de otro jugador. Un Coin Capsule trae 100 Coins.
