  12. Hello @agpk97. My apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. This is how it is intended to work, so there is no bug. If you had caught the Ditto, it would have been holding your Life Orb, but I see the circumstances didn’t allow that. We will not restore your item since it was lost to an intended mechanic of the game and would be unfair to previous players who also lost items and were denied. Below, I’ve included ways of obtaining Life Orbs to replace the one lost. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
  13. Hello, It is intended for wild Pokémon to be able to steal items with moves/abilities. If a wild Pokémon does this, you can catch it and it will be holding the stolen item. Since it is how it is intended to work, we will not restore items lost this way. If you have further questions, please let me know.

  22. Hello @Drynn. My apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, account resets are not currently possible. However, you can create a new account to start fresh on. Keep in mind that every player is allowed up to 4 accounts. Alternatively, you can log into the opposite server and start fresh there. Let me know if you have further questions.
