Hello @Stug. My apologies for the inconvenience. Could you try lowering the happiness of your Budew and Cleffa by having them faint against a wild Pokémon then maxing out their happiness once more? Remember that Budew also requires Daytime to evolve, while Cleffa does not have a time requirement.

Hello @JadeAsh. My apologies for the inconvenience. This interaction has been known for quite some time, but unfortunately there is no solution to it. This is because the spawn happens during a script, thus the game freezes the player and teleports you to the PC after logging out. We can only recommend using a repel while climbing waterfalls to avoid this issue. Let me know if you have further questions.
