  1. Hello @Fayero. Apologies for the late response. You have many Weedle, so I will ask if you can give some more details on which ones you would like restored. Do you remember any specific IVs that they may have had? Or perhaps a specific Ability? Anything that can help us deduce which Weedle you want restored will help greatly.
  2. Hello @Sandeep98. Apologies for the late response. I'm sorry to hear you lost your Macho Braces. For starters, it looks like you sold 1 Macho Brace to ShadowChains. But with such little and vague information, there is little we can do for the others. Can you remember where you lost them? What Pokémon you were battling? If they used any item-changing moves? How many you had to begin with? Anything that can shed a little more light on what happened will be of use.

  7. There is no problem from our side, so we will not compensate you for any transfer. It has always been the case that players need to claim the World Quest rewards on the server they completed the World Quest on, and this one is no different. So, you will need to transfer back to the server you completed it on to claim your rewards.
  8. Unfortunately, the only way to claim the rewards is to transfer back to the server you did the World Quest on. It looks like your monthly free transfer will come back on the 3rd of August, which is before the deadline to claim the rewards for the World Quest. The deadline to claim the rewards is August 7th.

  22. Hello @LiLNaraku. Kyurem is only able to learn Freeze-Dry in Generation 8. PRO uses generation 7 learnsets, so Kyurem cannot learn the move.

  24. Hello @gdahlager01. Apologies for the inconvenience. The first thing that comes to head when reading your issue is that you may have an outdated client. To solve this, you only need to delete your current PRO files and then download the latest client from our Downloads page. If that does not solve your issue, please let me know and attach a screenshot of the error message.
