Since the rewards are given out by an NPC and were not added into your inventory, transferring them is not possible. Therefore, you must transfer back to Silver to claim your rewards for the World Quest.

You are able to claim Bidoof's Blessing until August 7th 11:59:59 PM GMT+0.

Hello @jokuwa9. Apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, it looks like you did not contribute enough IVs to be rewarded for.

Hello @RafArnaldi. Apologies for the inconvenience. To claim the rewards for the first World Quest, you’ll have to transfer back to Silver.
-
Glad to see that. Since that is the case, I will lock this thread. If you have another question or issue, don’t hesitate to make a new thread.

Hello @GAL1LEO, @BDFahim, @Wargorek. Apologies for the inconvenience. Your issues should now be fixed. Can you confirm this?

Hello @LiLNaraku. Kyurem is only able to learn Freeze-Dry in Generation 8. PRO uses generation 7 learnsets, so Kyurem cannot learn the move.

Glad to see that your issue was resolved. As such, I will lock this thread. If you have another question or issue, don't hesitate to make a new thread.

Hello @gdahlager01. Apologies for the inconvenience. The first thing that comes to head when reading your issue is that you may have an outdated client. To solve this, you only need to delete your current PRO files and then download the latest client from our Downloads page. If that does not solve your issue, please let me know and attach a screenshot of the error message.

Looks like you were able to catch Jirachi with no problems. Since that is the case, I will lock this thread as resolved. If you have another question or issue, don't hesitate to make a new thread.

Exactly 90 IVs should be acceptable. Regardless, I am happy you were able to resolve your issue. Since that is the case, I will lock this thread. If you have another question or issue, don't hesitate to make a new thread.

Hello @Animesh3011. Apologies for the inconvenience. According to your variables, you decided to train a new starter and by doing so, discarded the progress in the Venusaurite quest. This means that you will need to show a different starter that meets the requirements. Afterwards, you can choose to train a new Pokémon again in order to begin the Venusaurite quest again or you can finish that quest and then start the Venusaurite quest again. Keep in mind that restarting the Venusaurite quest will force you to catch a new Bulbasaur that meets the requirements. If you have anymore questions or if something is unclear, please let me know.

Hello @Wiship. Apologies for the late response. According to our database, you already showed a strong enough Pokémon and you need to train it now. Can you post a picture of what Oak says to you?

Hello @Kaduku. Apologies for the inconvenience. Getting stuck in waterfalls is a known issue. It typically happens only when using a surf mount, so if you are climbing a waterfall try not using a surf mount. As for the battle itself, were you not able to click any battle options? If that is the case, then I will forward this to our Testers to see if they can recreate this and pinpoint the issue to then make the Devs aware of it for a potential fix. Side not: relogging during a battle will always send you to the last Pokémon Center you visited and it is made this way intentionally. If you have anymore questions or if something is unclear, please let me know.

Hello @Ahir. If you already have the Seen data for Latios and Latias, you don't need to do this part of the quest. However, many players get stuck or confused later on and it is because of this particular part. So, we do recommend doing it even if you already have the Seen data. Same thing goes for Groudon and Kyogre. If you have anymore questions or if something is unclear, please let me know.

Hello @Darkclown. The Summer Tournament will be held in-game, not in a different platform. If your account is banned, then unfortunately it means that your match will be forfeited. This is directly from the Summer Tournament thread, which I recommend you read carefully. The tournament won't begin until August so you have a little bit of time to catch Legendary Pokémon and do Mega stone quests. We will not move Pokémon or items out of a banned account into yours so that you can play. We cannot provide any sort of support for this. If you have anymore questions, please let me know.

Hello @sehuno. Apologies for the inconvenience. Altaria is able to learn Mud-Slap via tutor in Generation IV. Making it a transfer-only move for Generation VII—the generation PRO uses for Pokémon learnsets. A tutor for Mud-Slap would have to be added so that Altaria may learn it. You can suggest the addition of a Mud-Slap tutor in the Suggestions forum. If you have anymore questions or if something is unclear, please let me know.

Apologies for the delay. We were not able to reproduce your issue, so we believe it is caused by either your client or your device. Can you tell us some of the details about your device?

Hello @ToniMacaroni. Apologies for the inconvenience. Can you post some pictures of where you checked for the Shoal Shells? It looks like you owned them at some point, so could it be that you sold them to the Item Maniac?
-
Hello @Bilytkdi. For Pelipper to have Drizzle, Wingull must have Hydration as its ability.
