After checking with our Content Scripters, it seems you've already used the Locked-IV Reroll. Are you sure you didn't already use it and are checking the correct account?

Hello @skunk1. As Norex mentions, you can use the Reborn Bot in Discord to find out where Deino Spawns. An alternative is the Wiki; you can see where Deino spawns here. I've attached an image of where Deino can spawn, in case you are unable to use Discord. You can also potentially obtain one within Feral Site, if you've accumulated at least 4,000 Discovery Point. Beyond this, you can also receive one as a potential reward for defeating Shary & Shaui boss. If you have anymore questions, please let them be known.

Hello @Fayero. Apologies for the late response. You have many Weedle, so I will ask if you can give some more details on which ones you would like restored. Do you remember any specific IVs that they may have had? Or perhaps a specific Ability? Anything that can help us deduce which Weedle you want restored will help greatly.

Hello @Sandeep98. Apologies for the late response. I'm sorry to hear you lost your Macho Braces. For starters, it looks like you sold 1 Macho Brace to ShadowChains. But with such little and vague information, there is little we can do for the others. Can you remember where you lost them? What Pokémon you were battling? If they used any item-changing moves? How many you had to begin with? Anything that can shed a little more light on what happened will be of use.

There is no problem from our side, so we will not compensate you for any transfer. It has always been the case that players need to claim the World Quest rewards on the server they completed the World Quest on, and this one is no different. So, you will need to transfer back to the server you completed it on to claim your rewards.

Unfortunately, the only way to claim the rewards is to transfer back to the server you did the World Quest on. It looks like your monthly free transfer will come back on the 3rd of August, which is before the deadline to claim the rewards for the World Quest. The deadline to claim the rewards is August 7th.

You contributed 119 Bidoof, while around 180 were needed to reach 0.5% of the total IVs.
