  1. Hello @Guidelli. Apologies for the late response. It looks like one of your Abra's (ID: 65798177) is holding x1 Blk Medalion. Could this be the one you're looking for?
  2. As stated, according to our database, you have already used it. If you happened to have lost it due to a server crash, then I regret to inform you we cannot compensate you for that. This is because there is no verifiable way for us to know for certain that you lost it to a server crash. With that being said and with the event and NPC finished, there is no further action we can take. Thus, this thread will be locked. This may be frustrating, but please try to understand. Have a great day.
  3. Glad to see you were able to purchase it. Since your issue has been resolved, this thread will be closed. If you have another question or issue, don't hesitate in making a new thread. Have a great day.
  4. Your issue should now be fixed. Can you try once more to purchase the mount and tell me if you are successful?
  5. Hello @Strykermaximus. We always encourage players to use their favorite Pokémon during their journey. However, if you simply want to rush through story, then I suggest you use Gyarados and/or Gengar. These two are enough to defeat most of the gyms and the entire Elite Four. Generally speaking, Nature, Ability, IVs, and EVs do not make much of a difference when going through story. For Gyarados you'd want high Speed and Atk and for Gengar you'd want high Speed and Spatk. The rest of your team can be filled with any fast and strong-hitting Pokémon. A few examples are: Alakazam, Dragonite, Jolteon, Arcanine, Rapidash, Dodrio, Scyther, Pinsir. In addition to Kanto-native Pokémon, you can find and trade for many Pokémon native to other regions. Hopefully this can help you out. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
  6. Hello @Dimum. Apologies for the inconvenience. Can you tell me which mount you were trying to Mega-evolve?
  7. Apologies for the delay. Your issue should now be fixed. Can you try to claim it once more and tell me if you are successful?
  8. Glad to see your issue was resolved. Since that is the case, this thread will be closed. If you have another question or concern, feel free to create a new thread. Have a great day.
  9. Glad to see it. Since your issue has been resolved, this thread will now be closed. If you have any future issues, don’t hesitate in making a new thread. Great mount btw
  10. Hello @Alexii. That Rare Candy has a 14-day cooldown. It will respawn once the cooldown has ended. If the 14 days have passed, there’s a chance you’re a bit earlier than you were last time so it won’t be there yet. Make sure the entire 14 days have passed and then try again. If it still does not appear, please let me know. Have a great day.
  11. Sorry we were not able to help you within time. Since the event has ended, I will close this thread. If you have another issue, don’t hesitate in making a new thread. Have a great day.
  12. Glad to hear that. I’ll be locking this thread now. If you have another question or concern, don’t hesitate in making a new thread. Have a great day.
  13. Hello @ManOnTheMonnXIX. According to our database, your friend Veritos traded you a Mild Synchronize Abra. Your friend has one Timid Synchronize Abra. Please check again with your friend. There may have been some kind of mistake when trading.
  14. Hello @Brainsforbrunch. Apologies for the inconvenience. Your issue should now be fixed. Please try to purchase the mount again and tell me if you were successful.
  15. We were not able to find any bug regarding the Bug Catching Contest and how it gives out the rewards. Thus, we must conclude that you tied for first place. Even though no bug was found, we thank you for taking time to file this report and we will appreciate if you continue to report any possible bugs in the future. Have a great day.
  16. Hello @Precipitous. Apologies for the late response. Are you still experiencing this issue?
  17. Glad to see you were able to find it, Refandra. Since the event has ended, this thread will be locked. Do not hesitate in making a new thread if you have a new issue. Have a great day.
  18. Hello @Proshamwat. Apologies for the late response. To have been able to claim the Locked-IV Reroll, you must have had spoken with Maid Caramel in Whitmore Residence Backyard. By not doing so, you did not claim your rewards for your 10 chess wins. Which unfortunately means you cannot use the Locked-IV Reroll. I know this will be very disappointing, but please try to understand. Since no further action can be taken, this thread will be locked. Have a great rest of your day.
  19. Hello. Phione is the only exception to this rule. You can catch as many of them as you'd like. It is not a bug so no need to worry. @Phoebee The bug allowing you to catch a second Regice is fixed and your extra Regice has been removed. Thank you again for reporting this and please continue to report any other bugs you may encounter. Have a great day.
  20. Looks like you were answered by Norex in the PRO Discord. His explanation is what most likely occurred. Unfortunately, there is no action we can take to restore your item. You can obtain a Macho Brace by trading a Drowzee to the Biker NPC in front of the Goldenrod pokecenter for a Machop that will be holding one. If you have already done that, then he will sell you one for 20k if you speak with him. They are also obtainable through Dig Spots, though they are very rare, and through the Celadon Daily quests. You can also purchase one from another player through trade chat. I am sorry that we are not able to provide any further support. This may be disappointing, but please try to understand. Have a great rest of your day.
  21. Hello @Sayainji. Apologies for the inconvenience. Can you tell me the name of the map you were training in and what Pokémon you were fighting? Do you remember when you lost the Macho Brace and how many you originally had?
  22. Hello @Phoebee. Thank you for being so forthcoming with this. It is definitely not intended for you to be able to have 2 of the same Legendary Pokémon. Also, where exactly did you catch your second Regice? I will forward this to the appropriate parties.
  23. Hello @Tomalle. First off, a big welcome to PRO. We're happy to have you. Your post isn't against rules, so you're fine. I've just moved it to a more appropriate section. The main tip veteran players give to newcomers, and the one you'll hear the most, is to not evolve your Pokémon too early. This is because evolved forms take more EXP per level compared to their unevolved forms. Meaning it's significantly easier to level up Pokémon in their base forms. Typically, you should evolve your Pokémon when they have surpassed the level 80 benchmark. This is usually enough to challenge the Elite Four, but if you are not confident, you can continue to level a bit more and evolve a bit later. Another tip is to save your money. There are many expenses later on that can be alleviated by not spending much early on, such as Potions and Revives for the Elite Four or purchasing the Bicycle. Try to be as conservative with your money as you can. As for making money, there are a few ways: Dig Spots, Officer Jenny bounties, battling Trainers, and battling wild Pokémon. Dig Spots are small cracked floor tiles that you can mine with the use of Dig or a Shovel. By doing so, you can earn valuable items, battle items, or encounter Pokémon. Keep in mind that your Pokémon with Dig must have at least 150 Happiness. The Officer Jenny Bounties are one-off missions that rewards you with items and Pokédollars. The remaining two methods both reward money after defeating them. Hopefully this can help you in your journey. If you have further questions, please let me know
  24. Hello @Aromalpoke. Apologies for the inconvenience. For clarity sake, you are using the Mysterious Candy directly from your inventory and then selecting Budew, correct? Also, can you share how much happiness your Budew has (preferably with a picture). To get a numerical value of your Pokémon's happiness, use the command /happy followed directly by the party position of the Pokémon you want to check. For example, /happy 1 for the Gligar in the picture above. Finally, as Arnabh123 mentioned, try fainting your Budew to lower its happiness, then max it out, and then try the Mysterious Candy once more. If that does not work, please let me know.
  25. Hello @Demersejas1433. In order to access Cerulean Cave, you'll first have to defeat Lance boss in Dragons Den B1F. Lance uses all Dragon-type Pokémon, so it is advised to use Dragon, Fairy, and/or Ice type Pokémon and moves to counter him. After defeating Lance, you should gain access to Cerulean Cave. Hopefully this clears everything up. If not, or if you have further questions, please let me know.
