  1. Hello @Vitienzo. Apologies for the late response. Are you still experiencing this? If so, can you provide us with more details? Anything that you can think of can help us. What exactly happens before you crash? Is there any specific actions that you do that lead to the crash and can you reproduce them? Where exactly does it happen and does it happen every time you go to that specific place? We need as much information as possible to properly investigate your issue and then take action based on our findings.
  2. Hello @Xtremes. Apologies for the late response. Synchronize is working as intended and there is no bug. It may be hard to believe, but this is just very bad luck. Failing to sync several times in a row may feel like it's bugged, but that just happens sometimes. There's also times when you get the synced nature several times in a row, which is equally as likely, but not bugged at all. In short, there is no bug, just bad luck.
  3. Yes, if you transfer back you will be fine. We'll see if you get them on Gold or not. If you do, then there's no problem and we go about our ways. But if you don't, then you can make a request here to have the rewards transferred. It all depends on how Walross will distribute the rewards, which we will have to wait and see how it's done.
  4. Unfortunately, I was not bale to find any guide with pictures of where the Abandoned Pokémon were. The Wiki does not have them either, so I will add them to the area pages they are found in.   5. Hello @tejkkapadia123. Normally, rewards are claimable in the server you contributed in. However, this World Quest was quite unique with the rewards, so it differ this time. You will most likely get the rewards in the server you did the World Quest in (Silver in your case). We will look at contributions that were done, but checking who transferred and who didn't will take too much time and effort. As such, it's hard to give a definitive answer right now. If you do receive the rewards in a server you cannot claim them in, feel free to make another thread requesting them to be swapped and we will see if it can be done. I know this is not a super clear answer and it's simply because only Walross really knows how it will be done. Nevertheless, I hope I was able to at least address parts of your questions and concerns.

  14. Hello @YarosLord. Apologies for the late response. The rate for Pink Pokémon is indeed 1/1500. This means that each encounter has a 1/1500 chance of being Pink. It does not mean that in 1500 encounters you are guaranteed a Pink form. There is no counter and the chance does not rise if you stay in the map or in-game for X amount of time. Each and every spawn has the same exact chance of being a Pink form. This applies to every other form in the game as well. If you have anymore questions or would like further clarification, please let me know.

  19. Hello @Dualkey. Apologies for the late response. Random Battles currently do not follow our PvP Rules, so there is no problem facing guildmates in Random Battles. The only way there may be a problem is when facing guildmates in Ranked PvP matches, but that is only because it can appear as boosting, which is against our PvP Rules. We understand the frustrations that can happen due to losing rating over something you have no control over, but there is nothing we can do at the moment. Please try to understand.
  23. Hello @Ahir. Your Zapdos has been restored and should be in the last slot of your PC. Intentionally releasing a Legendary Pokémon so that you can use Nikola boss as a "free Reroll" is not something we recommend doing. Normally, we do not recover the Pokémon when these situations happen. But, I will use this as an opportunity to warn you that if such a thing happens again: we will not restore your Pokémon. Recovery is meant for accidental releases only.
  24. Hello @Kadocado. Apologies for the inconvenience. There are a multitude of moves, abilities, and overall circumstances that can alter a Pokémon's speed. Furthermore, without a battle log it is very hard to pinpoint what the issue could be. However, I can assure you that the situation you describe with your Snivy leveling up is not the cause of this. If you can provide more details about the battle or a battle log, we will gladly help you solve this. But if you cannot, I'm afraid there is little that we can do.
