Apologies for the delay. We were not able to find any bugs surrounding Sylveon and how it evolves. Could you try it again? Also, Glaceon and Leafeon are evolving as intended. Leafeon can evolve when leveled up in Eterna Forest and Petalburg Woods, not Maze. Glaceon can evolve when leveled up in Route 217 or Shoal Cave (Low Tide/High Tide Rooms) No Icy Rock or Mossy Rock is needed in PRO.
