Hello @Proshamwat. Thank you for reporting this possible bug. May I ask if you evolved something else prior to Froakie/Frogadier? If you did, then it would simply be a visual issue where the evolved data hadn’t updated properly in your Pokédex. If you did not evolve a Pokémon prior to Froakie/Frogadier, then please let me know and I will forward this to our Testers to see if they can find an issue. Thank you again for reporting this.

Hello @Plasma777. All sound-based moves can bypass a substitute and attack the Pokémon directly. Hyper Voice is a sound-based move, therefore it was able to hit your Ninjask even with a Substitute active. I hope this clears up any confusion. If you have further questions, please let me know.
