  13. Have your Budew lose a battle against a wild Pokémon. That should reduce its happiness by 5 points.
  14. Hello @Kien810. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Can you try lowering your Budew’s happiness and then maxing it out again during daytime? This should trigger the evolution. If not, please let me know.

  16. Hello @andruxs. Apologies for the late response. It may be that your network is preventing you from logging in. Can you try using a VPN when you are logging in? A good choice, and one we often recommend, is Windscribe. If the issue persists, please let me know. Also, feel free to continue to use Spanish, we will do our part in translating it.
  17. Hello @Pangoro201118. Apologies for the inconvenience. The item limit is indeed 999. Whenever you surpass this limit, the items are voided, as mentioned above. Unfortunately, this means we cannot restore your lost Rare Candy. I'm terribly sorry you hade to experience this, but there is no action we can take, since it was a user error.   19. Hello @Darkduhtank. In order for Raikou to spawn, you need to defeat the Raikou Guardian while also having the Zap Bell. To get the Zap Bell, you'll need to speak with Scientist Ray at the Bell Tower in Ecruteak City after making the Legendary Beasts flee from their respective areas. Here is a full guide for the Legendary Beasts quest. After acquiring the Zap Bell, there is a 16.6% chance for Raikou to spawn each time you defeat the Raikou Guardian. The third consecutive win will result in a guaranteed spawn. I hope this clarifies things. If not, or if you have further questions, please let me know.

  22. Hello @tam1pich. To obtain the Secret Potion, you must speak with the Secret Potion Maker in Cianwood Shop, Cianwood City. The building she is in can be found southwest of the Cianwood City Pokémon Center. If you have the Storm Badge, she will give you the Secret Potion. Take that back to Jasmine and you can continue with the story. I hope this clears things up. If not, or if you have further questions, please let me know.
