What were you doing before the server crash? Did you perhaps surrender a battle? We need as much information as possible to properly understand what happened.

  11. Hello @yurio. This is how it is intended to be. Only Pokémon that need their Hidden Ability, such as Dragonite, will spawn with it. Goodra does not need its Hidden Ability, so it will spawn with either Hydration or Sap Sipper, but it will not spawn with Gooey.   12. Hello @Risingking34. Apologies for the late response. I'd like to thank you for being so straightforward with this. I do, however, recommend reading our PvP Rules to get a clear understanding of what is and what isn't rule-breaking. For a more in-depth look into what is considered rank boosting, check out this thread. As long as it was an accident and neither of you did no intentionally lose, you are not breaking any rules. However, if this occurs multiple times, it may be flagged as rank boosting. In order to avoid this possibility, there are two methods to follow: q&g system and /draw. The q&g system allows guild members to see who is in the PvP queue and prevents other guild members from queueing and facing each other. Once someone has found a match, they send "q" in Guild chat to indicate they have found a match and another person can enter the queue. This way, guild members do not fight each other and can avoid any future complications with rank boosting. Using the command /draw allows both players to end the match without gaining or losing any rating or rewards. This is recommended to do when you face guild members. In short, you will not be banned for this one-time occurrence, but we strongly urge you to read our PvP Rules to know what not to do. We still cannot give an accurate ETA for the fix, as of this moment. However, once it has been found and fixed, there will be an announcement in the official PRO Discord server.   20. Hello @RammsteinBR. Apologies for the late response. First off, I'd like to thank you for taking time to make this report. Unfortunately, we have no way of proving you received a Choice Scarf from the Item Recycler and that you then lost it. We suspect there was a rollback of sorts to before you had obtained the Choice Scarf, so when you logged back into the game, it was as if you never received it. Regrettably, there is no further assistance we can provide you with. Though this may be disappointing, please try to understand.
  21. Hello @Paprikaflow. Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot restore the Bulbasaur or your PvE Coins. Since the Bulbasaur was not caught, there is no restoration that can be done. Server connection issues have been mentioned countless times over the past weeks. We have advised against doing something that could be lost to a crash. Though this may be disappointing, please try to understand.

  23. Hello @Eri. Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, you will have to wait for the cooldown to finish. We cannot reset the cooldown for you. Doing so would be unfair to previous users who were denied. Furthermore, it has been announced several times that the servers are experiencing connection issues and that we do not recommend doing anything that can be lost to a crash. Though this may be a disappointing response, please try to understand.

  25. After our investigation, we have concluded that Compound Eyes is not affecting non-damaging moves, which is not intended. There may not be an immediate fix. This is due to more pressing matters, such as the server connection issues.
