Hello @Kandisapfel. Apologies for the inconvenience. Can you try lowering the happiness of your Charmander and leveling it up once more? You can lower its happiness by having it faint, which will lower it by 5 points, or by trading it, which will reset it to 70. Furthermore, you can forcefully evolve your Charmander by feeding it a Mysterious Candy. However, this will require it to be level 100 first.

We have warned to not do anything that could be lost to a crash. So we cannot reset your boss cooldown or give you the rewards. After this, when you launch the game hit the F2 key to open the console and type in clean reg and enter. These pair of waterfalls are not scalable; meaning you cannot climb them, even with the necessary requirements to use Waterfall outside of battle. In order to reach the item atop the waterfall, you must use the stairs on the bottom right of the map, cross the bridges, reach the water, and surf to the item. If you spoke to Oak before the Charmander was caught, it should work.

Hello @Shekhar786. Apologies for the late response. The Charmander you are using was caught on the 17th of March, 2021. Did you begin the quest before or after the 17th? As you can see in the picture below from the Staff guide to Wave 1 of the Mega Stones, the starter you choose must be freshly caught. Revival Herb can be purchased in any department store or found in a lootable item in Aphrodia Island East. Pink Peony Blossoms can be found by stepping on pink flowers in Aphrodia Island East. In order to unlock and travel to Trainers Valley, you must fulfill the following requirements: 120 or more Kanto Pokémon caught (1-150 in the Pokédex) 38 unique evolution data (they must be from different species; they can be from any region) To have battled Red at the top of Mt. Silver (the outcome of the battle does not affect anything) From the looks of it, you are missing evolution data. You can see this number in your Pokédex. Furthermore, there is a star icon on a Pokémon's Pokédex slot to indicate which Pokémon you already have the evolution data for. If you have any more questions, please let me know.
