Hell @Xytreh. To guarantee the Entei spawn, you must beat the Guardian after obtaining the Lava bell. Have you defeated the Guardian 3 times after obtaining the Lava Bell or is it just the third time you've beaten the Guardian overall?

Hello @ThotHermes. Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there is no assistance we can provide you with. Your issue was most likely caused by a rollback after the server crash. Regrettably, we cannot compensate what is lost a rollback. Not only would it take extremely long to compensate each player, but there is no way to verify they are telling the truth. Furthermore, it would be unfair to previous players who experienced the same issues and were not compensated. For more information regarding rollbacks, read this thread. You will be able to continue doing the the daily tasks when the cooldown has finished. I must apologize for not being able to assist you further, but please try to understand.

You can turn on the sound by hitting the ESC key or clicking the three bars on the bottom left of your screen, then select Options. Hello @jason20190109. The Carbink will only take Breezy Crystal Shards, which are the pink ones. You can get Crystal Shards by using Rock Smash or by using a Pick Axe on the crystals inside Breezy Cave. These crystals reset every 3 days, similar to Dig Spots.
