  1. Hello @Zenkaar. Apologies for the late response. The servers are currently experiencing connection issues. You may need to click the login button several times before being able to login in. Alternatively, you can try to use a VPN (This is a free one among multiple options) or try to connect directly by pressing the F2 key to open the console and write: "Connect 92.119.158.4 800" (92.119.158.4 801 for Gold) and then press the enter key. Keep an eye on the announcements channel in the official PRO Discord server for server status updates. You may not need to change your password, but if you wish to and are not receiving an email, make a post here.

If that still does not explain your missing dex data, then it was lost to your server transfer on the 17th. In which case, we cannot assist you. If you have anymore questions, please let me know.
  3. Hello @YASIRALIKHAN786. Apologies for the late response. It seems you have passed 62 evolution data and now have 65. Could it be that you were simply evolving Pokémon which you already had the data of? Each Pokémon will only give the data once. You can see which Pokémon you've evolved by looking in the Pokédex; the star icon will indicate if you have that Pokémon's evolved data or not.

  14. Hello @icebat. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are yet to find the bug that is causing the connection issues. So, unfortunately, there is no fix as of now. Everyone is working hard to try and find this bug so we can fix the issues. We have even posted a reward for the user that finds the bug, as you can see in the image below. Though it may be frustrating, please be patient while we find and fix the problems. If you have more questions, please let me know.
