Hello @Norex. Apologies for the late reply. Artifact Maniac Hastor only buys Fossils that he also sells. Since he does not sell Dome or Helix Fossils, he will not buy them from players. A Mysterious Candy will evolve any level 100 unevolved Pokémon that meets all its evolutionary requirements. In Sneasel's case, you would need it to hold a Razor Claw and have it be nighttime(20:00-4:00 poketime). You can purchase Mysterious Candy from any PvE Shop, PvP Shop, or Department Store for 1 PvE Coin, 1 PvP Coin, or 5k Pokedollars, respectively. Take a look at the picture below for a more detailed explanation. All three will return when there is a more stable server, until then, we ask for your patience and understanding.

By which method did you obtain the Macho Braces? Was a Pokémon holding them or were they in your inventory? If a Pokémon was holding it, which Pokémon was it? Was there any server crash that happened around the time you noticed the Macho Braces missing? These are just some questions that can help us understand the situation. Hello @AngeloColomaDar. Apologies for the late response. This path leads to Route 12, which is unavailable at this point in the story. Route 9 can be found by going east of Cerulean City. You would have to return to Vermilion City, head north to Route 6, take the underground path back to Route 5, continue north to Cerulean City, and then head east to reach Route 9. Hello @XZin. Apologies for the late response. First off, I'd like to thank you for taking time to report this. Currently, all moves that should bypass accuracy checks are bugged and do not bypass the accuracy check. Meaning they can miss when they are not intended to. This issue has been forwarded to the Developers, but there may not be an immediate fix. This is because there are other issues with a higher priority, such as server stability.
