Hello @BoomBaby. The text means it will take 7 real days for the player to be able to challenge NPC trainers again. This includes gym trainers, but not gym leaders. However, there are some special cases where NPC trainers have a shorter cooldown. As such, the appropriate cooldown will be displayed on the Wiki page. Hopefully this clears up your doubts. Hello @trea. In order to make Roxanne move, you must clear out the Team Aqua Underwater Base. To reach said base, you need to use a Dive spot located in Route 127. Take a look at the picture below for a visual representation of where the Dive spot it. Once you are in Route 127 Underwater, keep surfing down, through Route 128 Underwater, until you see a cave entrance. Enter the cave and you will be in Seafloor Cavern. You must defeat Team Aqua in the Seafloor Cavern and then Roxanne will move from the entrance to Sootopolis City, giving you access to the city. Since you do not have the Mega Bracelet yet, you were not rewarded the Banettite. Here you can find a guide on how to obtain the Mega Bracelet. Unfortunately, we cannot restore evolved data, as that's not within our powers. However, we can offer to restore one of your released Azurill so you can evolve it once more and obtain the evolved data for it. Would you like us to restore an Azurill for you?

Apologies for the delay. It looks like you did, in fact, contribute sufficient IVs to claim a Mysterious Ticket. The ticket does not get added to your inventory, rather, you must claim it by speaking with the Mysterious Cultist after the World quest has been completed. Did you speak with the Mysterious Cultists after the World Quest had finished? If you did not claim the ticket before the next World Quest began, you will no longer be able to claim that ticket.
