Hello @Bazitoe. Apologies for the delay. It appears you are yet to defeat Giratina in the Distortion World. If you are unsure how to reach there, this guide will help you. As for how to defeat Giratina, there are two popular methods. You can use strong Pokémon that know Sucker Punch to outpace and strike Giratina or use any Pokémon that has the Sturdy ability and use the move Toxic, such as Geodude or Onix, to whittle away at Giratina's health. Hello @Hisoka007. Apologies for the late response. There are no issues with the spawns. Dozens of Bulbasaurs and Mawile were caught on the day you posted this. We can only attribute your experience to luck. It may be hard to believe, but that is simply the case.

Hello @RavenMan. Apologies for the late response. Thank you for taking time to make this report. There were several Feebas caught in that timeframe on both servers. In Johto Safari Wet Zone, Feebas is the highest tiered Pokémon in the water, at tier 8. Not only that, but there are three tier 1 spawns and two tier 2 spawns. These spawns, and the rest of them, can make Feebas extremely rare. Although it may feel like you never encounter them, there is no bug with the spawns. We completely understand the frustrations players are going through at this time. It is hard for all of us. Yes, we have recommended not to do anything that could be lost to a crash a few times already. Though this may not stop everyone from doing things, since they want to play the game, which is completely understandable. We will try our best to compensate and help players that experience losses during these times, but this particular occurrence is out of our control. World Quests, free safari's, etc., are given out as compensation to players. It may be frustrating to play through these crashes, but we need them up to find the issue that makes them crash. Fortunately, you do have a chance at having Suicune spawn again on Birth Island.

In addition to submitting a Ditto and getting the voucher, you will need to pay 40k pokedollars in order to get the Bicycle. Can you try obtaining 40k and then purchasing the Bike?

Hello @dimitrisarv. Apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, we cannot restore your Suicune or Mysterious Ticket. As we have announced several times, the servers are experiencing connection issues and we do not recommend doing anything that could be lost to a crash. Furthermore, it would be unfair to previous players whose requests were denied. However, there are sure to be future World Quests where you can obtain more Mysterious Tickets and get another chance at capturing a Legendary Pokémon. Though this may be disappointing, please try to understand.
