Good day and apologies for the delay! If you are affiliated with a guild and begin a dungeon, a score is recorded (whether or not the dungeon is completed). This means that your group run that failed in 6 minutes still generated a score, despite not completing the dungeon. If you were in a random party (not a guild party) then your score affiliation is not with a guild. In order to participate in the Nesting Grounds of any respective dungeon then a player's guild must achieve top 3 as well as the player's guild affiliated dungeon score must be at least 1,000. The text that appears when interacting with the television Also can you check if you have already beaten the four enraged Pokemon. Gengar (Mt. Coronet 4F) Mismagius (Acuity Lakefront) Spiritomb (Pastoria City) Sableye (Canalave Library) Be advised, interaction with this Pokemon (if not defeated) will trigger a battle. I recommend coming prepared with a team able to take the Pokemon on just in case. If these Pokemon have already been defeated then I would check for the sleeping Pokemon (requiring a Pokemon with the move Wake-Up Slap or Uproar). These Pokemon can be found in the following locations: Clefable (Sunyshore City) Dragonite (Celestic Ruins) Geninja (Twinleaf Town) Chansey (Hearthome City) Finally, if the quest information would be helpful it can be found here. The Goldenrod Underground Basement level puzzle can be a challenge; however, there is a lever (identified with a purple box in the provided screenshot) that can be used to reset the levers back to their default position and you can start the puzzle over again. A proper sequence for unlocking the doors is: [A, C, D, F, B, E]. Furthermore, if you decide you want a walkthrough for the Johto region you can find a guide here. Are you referring to a Cresselia that you have previously caught or are you referring to encountering the Cresselia at the end of the quest? What is the progress of your Cresselia quest? Good day @6six6 I apologize for this issue. The Safari Pass that you can receive as a reward has a 25 day expiration period before the pass is no longer available. Good day @Rhulk According to our database, during the month of July you were affiliated with a different guild and also have a posted score in both the Crux of Melody and Forlorn Court dungeons. Even if these scores were acquired through a solo run, the membership with a guild while performing these runs will have your runs affiliated with that guild. Good day @Narutofanboy I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In order to evolve Golbat to Crobat it needs to have 160 or higher happiness when leveled up. With your Pokemon at level 100, you would need to use a mysterious candy. Unfortunately the mysterious candy is not yet fixed to allow a level 100 Pokemon that requires 160+ happiness to properly evolve. This will hopefully be fixed soon. Good day @Sxg1606 Apologies for any confusion that you may be having. Recently the requirements for the Heatran (and many other quests) have changed. The new requirements for Heatran Quest are: Require all Non-Legendary Pokemon caught data for Sinnoh. Sinnoh Champion Have only 1 level 60 Pokemon in your party You can see this change and more in the Content Change Logs for June 2025. Also, here is a link to the PRO Wiki quest information for the Heatran Quest. I hope this has cleared up any confusion you may have had. Good day @Ynnahelle I am sorry that this happened to you and losing money can be quite frustrating. The amount of money that you lose when blacking out to a wild encounter or NPC is 5% of your current money or a max of 50k. In your case, instead of $51,095 (5% of 1,021,905) you lost the 50k. With that being said, I unable to return to the money. Aside from an apology and explanation, here are a few ways that may help recover your lost income. Diggable patches can be a sporadic income every 3 days (selling acquired items to the item maniac and other players) and bossing can be a consistent weekly income stream. Offering EV and LVL services can also be a reliable source of income. You can also re-battle trainers if they are off their cooldown (7 days) and if you have active membership then these trainer battles will have double the cash reward (same goes with wild encounter battles). Finally, although less consistent, you can take advantage of the Pokestops around a region for items to sell. This may not be the answer you were looking for but I hope that I was able to clear up any confusion that you may have had on the topic. Regards, Bitterblade
