    Hello, @Blaziel! Sorry but we don't offer de-level service, you can hunt a low level Growlithe on route 36 at night or 37 all day. Unfortunately we can't give your vitamins back, but you can buy it in all Departament Stores (in Celadon City, Goldenrod City, Lilycove City and Veilstone City). If you need money to buy it you can fight bosses, go to Bug Catching Contest, the Fighting tower or sell pokémon and items in game or on forum. Let me know if you need anything else!
