When you catch a Pokemon it has a 5% chance of having it's hidden ability. You can see the Pokemon's hidden ability in the Pokedex. I assume it works the same in battle but it will have no effect outside of battle, (Finding random items,) as this would make finding rare items a lot easier.

Don't worry your account hasn't been hijacked. You're experiencing a server sided issue that occurs when you aren't logged out correctly. The server still thinks that you are logged in. You will be able to log in again after the next server crash/ reboot. Unfortunately no. In future you should evolve your Pokemon at level 97ish to avoid situations like rollbacks and missclicks. Keep the Pokemon in your box and perhaps there will be a way to do it in the future.

I think more customization to the UI would be nice but it would be better if any UI skins were pre-created by PRO's artists and not user made. Perhaps they could be a coin shop item.

You need to get 255 happiness and battle with the Pokemon at night for it to evolve. You can check your Pokemon's happiness by typing "/happy #" (# Indicating the slot your Pokemon is in.)

Dragon dance is an egg move for Shelgon. You unlock egg moves at the daycare centers after you beat the Naero boss. In future you can check sites like Serebii or Bulbapedia which tell you how to get specific moves for your Pokemon.
