Only the Volcarona wings are untradeable. The Dustox, Beedrill, Beautifly and Butterfree wings are tradeable.

You can farm money quite easily once you unlock the cerulean cave. (after finishing the johto region and fillinx your pokedex a bit.) It does cost 200k to unlock, but you farm money insanely fast compared to most other places. Furthermore you can learn about hunting and sell good pokemon to get money too.

Butterfree learns confusion at level 10 in PRO (since pro is on gen 6) Since yours evolved at level 11, it missed the opportunity to do so. You can either catch and train a new one or go to the move relearned in Cerulean City or Saffron City and relearn confusion that way. (costs 2k for each move)

Yes it is a good thing and yes you are lucky. The chance to get a clone starter pokemon is 1/20 and they are quite valuable too if you decide to sell it later on.
