Start - 800k Insta - Not Yet And for those who don't know, HP Fire is used to hit some of Porygon's best counters such as Ferrothorn, Scizor, Magnezone, etc. for super effective damage. I had to clarify because people were asking me for some reason. :y:

When you engage in a PvP battle the move timer remains empty for the entirety of the battle.

It's pretty simple. When a Pokemon is holding an Eviolite and takes a critical hit, the critical hit ignores the stat boosts provided by the Eviolite. This should not happen. 252 Atk Tyranitar Superpower vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Porygon2 on a critical hit: 208-246 (55.6 - 65.7%) That is how much Superpower from a Jolly Tyranitar is supposed to do to a Porygon 2 holding an Eviolite. But when my Tyranitar landed a critical hit on my Porygon 2, the Porygon 2 died.

I disagree. Tournament prizes were obtainable for anyone whereas staff Pokemon may not be. It doesn't matter. There's still only one in the server and they have the same base stats. I see people cry about Tim's Raikou every day and it's the same deal. But I don't know why I'm responding because I wouldn't expect someone with barely any PvP knowledge to understand. I don't mind the staff pokemon being used but if they are removed from ranked PvP, the exclusive tournament prizes should be removed as well. They are the exact same thing and staff worked hard for the reward just like the tournament winners.

After reading many posts on this thread I can honestly say I understand where some of you are coming from BUT there is more than just staff Pokemon that should be looked at in this metagame. But first, I just need to clarify that we are well aware of the fact that there is only one species of staff Pokemon per server. Well this can prove to be problematic when it comes to team building. When we build teams we try to bring countermeasures to every prominent Pokemon we can think of in the meta. Since there is only one kind of staff Pokemon per server, nobody builds teams to prepare for them because their teams would be hindered when brought up against everybody else's team. This is the only argument that should be brought up because the "Boosted IVs" and "Correct Nature" arguments are not very good because lowering the IVs would only result in 3-5 percentile damage differences which really isn't that significant: 31 Special Attack IV Latios - 252 SpA Life Orb Latios Draco Meteor vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Slowking: 255-302 (64.8 - 76.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery 15 Special Attack IV Latios - 252 SpA Life Orb Latios Draco Meteor vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Slowking: 243-289 (61.8 - 73.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery As you can see, there is only a 3% difference in damage against this Slowking. But besides staff Pokemon, tournament prizes such as the Suicune, Entei, Raikou should also be looked at because they are in the same ballpark as the staff Pokemon. There is only one of those per server and they too can put a strain on team building. I think if staff Pokemon were removed from ranked PvP then those tournament prizes should be removed as well. Giovanni has brought up the argument that "The tournament winners worked hard for their Pokemon" but staff worked very hard, if not, harder so I thinks it's unfair to only target the staff members. I personally don't mind the staff pokemon being used in ranked PvP and this is coming from a seasoned Top 25 battler. Thanks.

Vote - Ban Shadow Tag (ST) is not competitive. ST is time-consuming. ST is free +6 Boosts with no skill required (given you don't get crit). ST is good without Team Preview. Not agreed see Staff he have PvP cloaks without win a top 25. That's because Staff can have any PvP cloak they want lol

I agree with the first suggestion. But the second one I can not agree with because the red, blue, and green cloaks were rewards for people who got top 25 earlier on in the game. If they were added into the shop, they would not be unique anymore. I still don't agree with adding any PvP cloaks to the shop quite frankly. I have no comment on your third suggestion xD.
