Hey there, you deliberately move the focus on something else rather on what's important. The fact that macros already exist, does not mean it should be made easier for cheaters to automate hunting. Especially if it would be difficult to recognize them. Even tho they know the risk of getting punished when they do it, it doesn't prevent them from doing it. If anything it will increase the workload of staff members who deal with those cases. And it would probably depend a lot more on players to help report those cheaters. Binding the keys is more than enough control support, it doesn't need more. If you get exhausted hunting, maybe you should take a small break and then continue playing again later.

+1 -- The option to use a controller is already available in the game, and i think improving and optimizing it would be a great addition, especially for hunting. Spending hours and hours using AD on a keyboard can get pretty exhausting. I personally use an Xbox controller whenever i get tired of using the keyboard, and moving with the analog stick feels much more comfortable and less tiring. The only problem is that for certain interactions, i still have to switch back to the keyboard and mouse. That’s why i think improving controller support would be a really nice quality-of-life improvement. As for the macro issue, macros already exist and probably always will. However, i think the staff is doing a good job of identifying and banning players who use them. Anyone who decides to use macros already knows that they’re taking the risk of getting banned, so i don’t think that should prevent improvements to controller support.
