  1. I've had this idea for a while and I thought why not give it a try. I felt that it was time to show our PRO Staff and Former Staff some love, appreciation and acknowledge the hard work they did over the years, and still continuing to do for us. Although they do voluntary work as professionally as they can, none of us can dispute that these individuals always strive to do their utmost for the community. I know some of us don't like some of the staff but I genuinely feel I may have misjudged them and the role they play, so I want to thank each and every staff member who has contributed to this great game, this is proof that you certainly made a difference. Thankyou for your service. Sincerely, ThatKid >>>Here is a link<<< to a google form in which you can anonymously or using your in-game alias, just write a small positive message of appreciation. All the messages I receive I will put in this thread. That is all I ask of you, pro community. You're welcome to write your message in this thread too but please, let's keep it clean and civil. 2. Thank you guys for your kind words. We are always striving to make things better. We wouldn't be here if there is no community. Indeed some staff is not liked but there are always two sides of a coin. Many people changed their opinion when they walked into staff about those who were disliked previously, given that they obtained inside knowledge on how the stuff works in the staff. This is a hobby. It takes some nerves to serve the projects for the long term. No staff is perfect and they tend to realize that there is a place to improve, pretty sure they will sooner or later realize that. The staff serves the project and the community. Serving the project for their personal emotional gain or even material virtual one is a no go. We are always on working on making things on better. Everyone has their own role and contribution in this. Hopefully, the nice things are to come for the community. Thanks and good luck.

  3. Pokemon was sold for 2m. The actual auctioneer is not the owner of the Pokemon. It would be a mess to force back the trade and do the auction again, because the Pokemon is not Auctioneer's property. Everything will stay as it is to avoid further mess and proper actions will be taken in order to ensure that these people will follow Trade Rules and by extension Auction Rules from now on. Sorry for the trouble and the time wasted here. Regards, Logan

  4. I think most of you know that infamous 6 Poke vs 48 Ultimate Boss Team by FatManCLT and some people used it probably too. I used it for about a couple of months and had a pretty solid winrate but I wasn't quite satisfied with the outcome after some bosses got reworked. So one day I was farming hidden ability Gligars and got an epic "Sync fail" adamant Gligar and thought, man this pokemon could be a nice Sweeper. So I hopped on Pokewiki and checked some possibilitys to set up a Team around Gliscor to make a faster more reliable boss team. First of all I want to thank FatManCLT for his idea I really like it and the basic framework of the team still overlaps with his team. Some things that bugs me as I was using this team was the long Setup (32-33 turns), because of the long set up's crit or status hax chance was pretty high and if you debuffed your enemies Pokemon and it holds a lifeorb it faints itself and you are facing a much stronger pokemon, Ghost Pokemon were a big problem too as Shadow Ball drops your spdef sometimes, Pokemon with Sturdy or a Focus Sash could land a hit or make some status move. Some bosses were pretty shaky only one crit could take you out like the Wash Rotom of lt. Surge. I wanted to boost faster against certain attacks while Stockpile boosts each defensive stat I personally prefer to boost two stages in one turn against the pokemon I'm facing. Mew has way better defensive stats so even if you get freezed it can easily tank many hits. I made a little PDF for y'all explaining my Team idea and doing some comparisons, you'll find the the PDF in the attached files. The PDF contains every information you need but I will drop some important things here in the Post so you don't have to open the PDF everytime. [spoiler=Team] Gengar and the two Whimsicott's are pretty easy to farm so it won't take long. If you don't know how to get Mew here is the Guide (Guide) As you can see my Mew is really terrible so it doesn't matter how good your mew is just ev train it and it hase enough bulk. Remember the requirements for Mew are lowered I think you only need about 100 or 125h to get it. If you want to use Mew as BCC False Swiper you can drop for example Amnesia it only costs 2k at move relearner you only need this every 12 days anyways. Like a said above I was farming careful Gligars which is a quite useful pokemon pvp and pve. If you decide to farm some careful one you can use one of the medicore ones as Buffer pretty easily. For the Sweeper i'm pretty sure you don't need an epic one, any decent Gliscor will be enough. Speed doesn't matter, you buff your speed 6 stages so even one speed is good enough. I investet some EV's in spdef only for some ice attacks like Blizzard and Ice Beam. I personally prefer Brick Break over Poison Jab because it kills chansey's one hit and if I face a Skarmory or a Aerodactyl I only have not effective moves with Facade and Aerial Ace, Earthquake and Poison Jab has no effect, Brick Break hits at least neutral and Poison Jab only hit's slightly harder than a STAB EQ if you use it against Fairys. You could run Ice Fang for a bit more coverage but it has a 5% chance to miss so I decided to use Brick Break. [spoiler=which lead, what buff and attacks Google Spreadsheet] I made a small Spreadsheet for people using the Team the first time, explaining which lead I recommend and what to buff first with Mew, almost every buff is clear but there are some mixed Attacker like Lucario and Groudon so this could be helpful for you. I included the attacks I'm using with Gliscor to have the best and fastest outcome. Spreadsheet [spoiler=Sample Video against Lance] I made a short Video to show you how to use the Team. You need about 3 minutes for every Boss except two or three Bosses, Letrix and Naero finch hax you sometimes and Brock's Aerodactyl will taunt you sometimes. I use this team since November and have really fast and consistent rounds I'm really happy with the outcome. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Greetings Koreandoo Bosseteam 2.0_english.pdf

  5. - Be sure to be Hoenn Champion before starting this quest. - Go Route 114 in Hoenn, find Fossil Maniac Charles in his house and talk to him about the permit. - Now you will have to collect six different fragments spread around all Excavation Sites (excluding Wondrous Site, Briny Site and Draconic Site). - You do not have to enter the sites. Use a Pokemon with Rock Smash and destroy all breakable rocks around the Excavation Sites. Please note that this step is not needed for every player. - Once you have all six fragments collected, come back to Route 114 and talk with Fossil Maniac Charles. He will ask you to pay 100.000 Pokedollar in order to buy the permit. - You are now owner of the Archaeologist Permit and can start visiting the different sites. Feral Site - Fiery Path - East of Lavaridge Town Historical Site - Northern Route 111 Desert - East of Lavaridge Town Haunted Site - Rusturf Tunnel - Near Verdanturf Town Mineral Site - Route 115 - North of Rustboro City Glacial Site - Route 103 - North of Oldale Town Natural Site - Route 119A - South of Fortree City Wondrous Site - Route 114 - West of Fallarbor Town - 3000+ discoveries as requirement Briny Site - Route 124 - West of Mossdeep Town - 6000+ discoveries as requirement Draconic Site - Route 113 - East of Fallabor - 10000+ discoveries as requirement There are different tiers of expertise in archaeology. The tier depends on the discoveries you have made. You get one "Discovery Point" by smashing the rocks inside each site. With every tier you get access to more Pokemon and items. You can check your tier on your Trainer Card. The rocks inside of every Excavation Site respawn every 20h after being broken. You have also a low chance of getting nothing when breaking a rock. - Excavation Ranks: Explorer (1-500 discoveries) Scrounger (501-999 discoveries) Plunderer (1000-1999 discoveries) Relic Hunter (2000-3999 discoveries) Archaeologist (4000-5900 discoveries) Paleontologist (6000-7999 discoveries) Tomb Raider (8000+ discoveries) If you encounter a spawn you're not experienced enough to get, the Pokemon will flee or the item gets destroyed. How many Discoveries you need for each Pokémon rarity is mentioned below. You will however gain one or more "Bonus Discovery Point" each time you'll encounter a Pokemon who fled or if the item gets destroyed. The rock will tell you how many extra points you gained. - Used Rarity Tiers in the guide: Common 0+ Discoveries Uncommon 1000+ Discoveries Rare 2000+ Discoveries Super Rare 4000+ Discoveries Excavation Sites are shiny locked, which means that you are not able to encounter Shiny or Themed Pokemon in the sites. With the exception of Shiny Rocks, which may contain shiny Pokémon. As for all scripted spawns for wild Pokemon, an active BMS won't influence the chance of a hidden ability in the excavation sites. In every site you are able to find "Artifact Pieces", which can be traded in the Historical Site for items and fossils by talking to Artifact Maniac Hastor. Fossils: Vitamins (10 per 70 Artifact Pieces): Consumables: Battle Items: TM Moves: Gems: Evolution Items: Damage-reducing Berries: Mega Stones: All Sites Feral Site Historical Site Haunted Site Mineral Site Glacial Site Natural Site Wondrous Site Briny Site Draconic Site Contribution SyaoranLi, thank you for giving me a lot of useful information to complete this guide. 7. Ya'll should add a small icon some where on the screen to notify players that they have unread mail or have received mail. Instead of having to pm players telling them you sent them something for when your not online at the same time to tell them.

  9. I think it would be a great idea to cut the game timer down to 30 seconds or add a total player timer kinda like showdown so that way if people continuesly time stall they will lose the game. It is so frustrating going afk waiting on people. You can tell a difference betweem someone is actually thinking of a move and someone who is time stalling to be rude. Hopefully something changes about the timer soon.

  11. I only want the idea to be considered, the actual content of the bundle can be adjusted based on staff's decision. Basically, PRO could offer to new players ("new" as a new account, it won't matter if it's an alt(ernative) account or a fresh one), giving the following: - 1 MS Medallion 30D - 1 Land mount (randomized / could be a "fixed" list) - 1 Surf Mount (randomized / could be a "fixed" list) That bundle could be for the price of e.g 7.50 Euros (+2.5 Euros than a regular Coin Capsule / donation), which clearly costs way more but gives a boost to players, who will always appreciate faster movement in the game and more perks / accessibility. In order to prevent abusing such as selling the items for their own profit and make much more money, they could be turned untradable only via this bundle. I'm sure this can happen, it just depends on Staff members to implement it in any way. Again, I just propose my idea, it doesn't need to be followed blindly. It's a flexible suggestion, feel free to make adjustments.

  16. Hello, You have to choose if you will run an auction or will just look for a good offer for your Pokemon. If you choose to auction it, you have to respect and follow Auction Rules(Here). If you are just looking for offers, let your Pokemon here and reject/accept any offer you like, but do not use anything that will link the procedure to Auctions. Auction Rules are binding for all participants. In normal trades, you have to deal in Price and Location with someone in order to have a completed deal. This is an official warning.
