eric66 is totally right, you STALL LORDS just need to adopt the meta. i only clock in at about 25 rating on my best days, and clearly i know nothing about pvp from any generation of pokemon, however i would like for you to listen to and value my opinion anyway. gren should not be banned and even if you take the time to organize your reasoning in a clear cut easy to read format, stating nothing but facts, i will continue to ignore them and deflect your argument with statements like: if we are playing a gen 6 meta but have some pokemon and mechs from gen7 that are mildly apart of the meta without significance why dont we just halt the entire progression of the game by staying gen6, unbanning mon that are unhealthy for a meta game, and letting a mon that was banned during the oras portion of gen 6 for protean, have its arguably better ability but without mons that reliably check it and without being completely unviable in literally any other situation. calcs smalcs, the only calc i need is that sweet sweet mach calc from conk. so what if ashgren can 2hko just about everything in the current meta, force switches and stack spikes, bluff sets from different variants of grens that carry coverage moves for every presence in the current meta. yall just need to adopt to it, its not like there is a whole online battle simulation that has already demonstrated why gren in gen6 meta should be banned. yall just need to come up with new ways to kill it, like this hasnt been a topic of discussion since 2014.

Hey idk if this has been suggested or something but recently i was remembering good times from Minecraft xd and when i was playing pixelmon now heres the thing in one server i was playing there was a place in casino that every player could buy a lottery for a certain amount of money and every hour the machine was collecting all the money from lotteries have been bought last hour and doing a draw from all the players had been participating and choosing one winner of them the winner whould getting the amount of money the machine has collected For example Lets say the lottery cost 10k that is a decent price i say I buy 10 lotteries for 100k Other 50 players buy 1 lotterie each for 10k So total money of 600k Lotteries are 60 i bought 10 so i have 10/60 possibilities If i win i get 600k if i dont win someone else who bought a lottery for 10k gets the price And after the draw the machine resetting and start again from zero If this somehow could be posting as a server message in chat whould be even cooler like give a notice that "15 mins left till lottery draw take place" or something like that Prices of lottery and time every draw happens is something that can be changed but i wanted to give an example I know not something to important but if it's possible something like that be added in the future i think will be cool

Forcing to use poliweath just for bb gren? Tangrowth and gastrodon get 2hko by ash gren. Mantine doesnt like switching in and out too much cuz of stealth rocks and gren can just pit on spikes on ur switch in.

You guys can not be serious. We finally got a pokemon that is enough strong to deal with the meta that is hete for ages, and you guys want to ban it immediately. Chansey can hard counter it just as pokes like Conkeldurr or Infernape with Mach Punch, since its type doesnt change with any move. Same happens in every single years. First stallers,- beacuse they are the reason of every single examples here-reached to ban shadow tag. Okay that was understandable. Next they reached to ban Arena Trap Dugtrio to not kill Chansey anymore. Now we finally got Ash-Greninja that can deal a good amount of damage to almost anything and "lets ban it". No, just no. What will you guys say for megas, like Zard X, we should ban that too since its broken after a dd? Or lets add even more walls like toxapex and kill the entire game for ever?

With all due respect, the current policy with regard to PvP has no basis in suspect tests and bears almost no relation to the concept. Suspect tests are conducted to gather information on the Pokemon, move, item, or ability in question. Banning Baton Pass before any consideration is not a suspect test. Asking if a Pokemon that has been available for two weeks but is difficult to access (reroll tickets + ability capsule) should be banned is not a suspect test. There has never been a suspect test on PRO, because half the voters in any given test have never played with nor against the thing being tested. There needs to be a real mechanism for suspect testing, preferably one which artificially inflates the usage of the topic in question - as the things the community at large consider broken are inaccessible to many. If staff prefer to continue to manage the metagame by decree, that is perfectly fine, but neither this nor other recent actions have resembled a suspect test at all.
