Hope this gets resolve soon! I too don't want this to happen to anyone else. It's happened to me on GO before with my shiny, Lucky Swampert and I was never reimbursed let alone replied to my complaint.

Truly ridiculous behavior on the staffs part. Embarrassing really. Hope you get your v-day smeargle back.
