  1. hey, i thought i could change my name because its my irl name..... and many of my irl friends tease me with this name.. so i left the game an year ago and now im back and i dont want get teased again.......... so i please request you to help me change my name...

    from time to time we offer the option to change user names. Right not we don't have this option available, the dates are random and it depends how much Admins have to do. I also can't give you any ETA when the next option will be available. Therefore we can not change your name at the moment.

    We will let you know when we have the option open at our Announcements sub-forum.

    In case it should still not work, please reinstall the whole client. Make sure to delete all previous PRO versions before you do so.

     

    If that should not help at all, can you post a new error log in case it is different in any way?

    this is the auto updater which allows you to download new patches without downloading a new client.

    It is normal when the PRO window closes after the download, however, a new window with a Charizard should appear.

    If it does not appear. Please start it as Administrator and without real time virus protection. Adding PRO to your virus and firewall exceptions may also help.

    In case it should still not work, please reinstall the whole client. Make sure to delete all previous PRO versions before you do so.

  4. I recently purchased an android phone the 0neplus 6T. The phone is well above the minimum of running the game but yet I am unable to play the game over data. The game only works on my house Wifi. Is there anyway to be able to play over data? i have unlimited data so using a lot of data isnt an issue. I just want to be able to play Pro on the go and I dont know how to get it to work. Ive read some forums saying about a vpn and that didnt work. Ive tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. Rebooted my phone. Ive spent a bit of time trying to find if its a phone setting restricting data usage and after all that. It still does not work over data. Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

    some wifi do block PRO as connection, often school and university networks. Depending if you can't play anywhere or just at a specific spot, that may be the issue.

    That would be a reason why some wifi is blocking the connection at least.

     

    I'm not sure why you can't play with you raw data. Check your Proxy settings and try to play without Proxy. Also your provider may block your connection as PRO works at your home wifi. In this case you can contact them.

    Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

    1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

    2. Disable anti-virus program

    3. Restart computer

     

    Mac UnZip Programs Suggestions

    1. The Unarchiver

    2. WinZip5

    3. Keka

    4. BetterZiip

     

    Others solution:

    Update driver and reinstall Direct X

     

    Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles), and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.

     

    Let me know the result. Also the device you are playing on, In case it should not help.

    A: If you have already merged your data for the Silver server and get an "Invalid Password" error when logging in, please go ahead and change your password here, ensuring that it is alphanumerical.

    Can you please try following:

    Stuck

     

    ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab

    ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope

    ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter

    ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar

    ▪︎ Log out, and then back in

    ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again

     

    In case nothing helps, let it me know.

  15. I have been battling thor trying to recieve the data for the pokedex. I made it to the lugia boss, but i couldnt defeat it. Some people in the chat said i didnt have to defeat it in order to get its data, but it still doesnt show up in my dex. Do i need to wait 12 days in order to try again? i certainly dont hope so, because it is the only step i need towards getting celebi:)

    indeed, only battling the Boss is enough for the seen data. The Lugia Mini Boss is only in game in order to have a chance to get the caught data of it.

    Anyway, I checked your dex and looked if you have battled Boss Thor and you have. The seen data should be in your dex and you can progress.

    Try to re-log and check your dex again.

  16. Hi, I'm new to the game. I registered an account but unable to log in. Would like to know whether there is suppose to be a delay or there is something wrong?

     

    I already tried changing the password and logging in. I'm certain i didn't make a mistake with the password.

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

    Have you already received a verification e mail? If not, please look at your e mail and click on the activation link. Check your spam folder as well.

    If no e mail is in your mail account, you could also try to resent the mail on a other browser and/or incognito mode.

     

    Here a quote out of our troubleshoot:

    If you're not receiving the registration email, Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo emails are the most likely to receive it so trying again with one of those should remedy that, if you're already using one of those check your junk mail and then if still nothing, make sure you typed it correctly (It occasionally isn't instant but hasn't been known to take longer than 30 minutes)

    If you receive the email but the link says "Your account could not be activated" then try logging in here as often it still activates, if you could log in there you should be good to log into the game.

    If you couldn't log in please read the Email issues thread for more details.

    Any username used in a failed registration attempt will be locked for up to 7 days, at which point if still not activated it will become available again.

     

    In case you should already have received a mail, can you give me the exact message when you try to login? A screenshot too but only if possible.
