    Lost TM

    I just tried it again with another tm and the same thing happened. I tried with seismic toss and the move list did not show up to replace a move. and it just said he learned it, but its not there and not in bag.

    Same for me. 24 000 pokedollars lost :S

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

    I was not able to reconstruct the bug. I tried it with my Mankey and it just worked fine.

    Please try to re-download the client and try it again. Make sure to delete all previous PRO versions before you download a new. Download Page.

     

    Regarding your already lost Tm's, I have to inform you that we can not refund any lost items. When you test it again, make sure to use a Tm you may not need or is not very valuable.

    Battle Screen and Pokemon Changing Bugs

    Hello, have a nice day.

     

    I have several bugs such as, battle screen bugs, pokemon changing bugs, moveset bugs and dead pokemons looks alive.

     

    I m gonna explain battle screen bug. When I try to battle or catch a pokemon, the battle screen lagging and I cant change my first pokemon. Actually I can change pokemons but first poke ' image never change.

    Pokemeon Changin bugs: when I try to change a pokemon in battle or catching, my first pokemon stay on the screen but my changed pokemon came to the screen like a competitor. and competitor pokemon gone.

    Moveset lagging bugs: My first pokemon' s moveset stay on the screen and I can use new moves too.

    After the battle. my one poke dead and left side of the screen it looks alive. healty button looks full.

    More, I couldnt see my nickname ( sometimes) ikarusheimdall my nickname.

    Please check if you still have this battle errors. I'm kinda sure it was connected to the stuck Pokémon issue but better go sure. Let me know the result. :)

    Game problem

    Return to PRO today

    Also after the merger account

    My PP can't be put into PC

    Only two PPs can be placed in the PC

    And my PP can't change position anyway.

    There are also only two PPs that can adjust the position.

    Just like in a movie

    problems with the game

    I have placed pp up to the movements of my latios and raised the pp of their move set. I disconnected from the game and when I return to enter the pp of each movement back to normal and in the backpack does not recover the pp up.

     

    What I can do?

    Rotom rock not spawning rotom for me

    Hello I went through my coronet and defeat all inside an went up water fall and when I interact with rock for rotom nothing happens... Picture is of.me in the room with unseen rotom in dex do i come bk later an try again or am I experiencing a bug ?

    this is not a bug.

    You don't fulfill the requirements; to be Sinnoh champ. Please try it one more time once you are Sinnoh champ.

    unfortunately it is possible to use very big forum signatures here. We do not have a specific rule regarding the size of signatures.

    I'm not sure if 'any size but not to big please' is a satisfactorily answer for you, but this is basically all I can tell you as rule at the moment.

     

    If you want, you can take a signature, reply at this post and we will tell you what we think.

    Android version keep failing to download. Please advice!

     

    Hey WoH408,

     

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

    In order to get rid of this issue, please try following:

    1. Delete all previous PRO Versions (Should always be done)
    2. Clear your app history, browser cache and cookies
    3. Reset app permissions
    4. Restart your device
    5. Download the game again

    Please also check if you have enough free storage in order to download PRO.

    battling his guardians and then the text of the guardian witch says raiiou u think hes worthy and then i saw raiiou and i relogged i didnt battle him it was mt 3rd time battling hus guardian

    so, at which point did you re-log, after the Guardian Battle, after you was in the battle screen against Raikou or at a other part?

    Also, could you please check your win streak for the Raikou Guardian at any cooldown checker (Celadon Office 2F, Goldenrod City House 1, Slateport City House 1, Canalave House 1)?

    The main problem now is, that you have to be online in order to be moved since you haven't entered a Poké Center is this region yet. Otherwise it would cause some issues.

    Let me know when you are online and just in case we miss each other, write down your time zone and your usual online times. A other staff member will try to com online then.

    Latios/Latias catch quest

    Since I already had the Latios dex data, I did not find and fight him for the Jirachi quest so I did not do this part ever. After finding him and beating him (at the 10th location I checked), I returned to Littleroot and no reporters. After interacting with the TV, it says something about Latios/Latias leaving the region (probably wrong since my memory sucks). I went outside after that and still no reporters, I then interacted with the TV a second time and it told me who I wished for. After choosing Latios, he appeared outside. So it seems my hunt for Latios is fixed besides the fact that the reporters never appeared. Thanks for your help.

    Latios/Latias catch quest

    when I interact with the TV, it says "Seems the Blue Pokemon is still roaming around." After interacting with the Jirachi in my room, the reporters still have not appeared

     

    Hey Dchen5618,

     

    you have to do a little quest line (again) before you can see the expected reporters.

     

    Talk to the TV and see that Latias, the blue Pokémon, is still roaming around. You have done that.

    Now, you have to hunt for Latias in the Hoenn region, Latias can be on ten different locations.

    • Petalburg Maze in north eastern direction.
      • HM01 Cut is required in order to access the maze and HM05 Flash is recommended as it is dark in there.

      [*]Devon Corporation 3rd floor.

      [*]Granite Cave.

      [*]Route 124 Underwater

      [*]Route 123 at the lake.

      [*]Shoal Cave in the ice room at low tide.

      [*]Mossdeep Gym

      [*]Sky Pillar 5th floor.

      [*]Victory Road Hoenn

      [*]Route 134, hidden behinde a rock.

     

    Please check this positions, if Latias really is on one of this positions, interact with it and fight it (It Mega evolves and is around level 100-120).

    => Return to Littleroot Town and see if you can see the reporters.

     

    Also, can you tell me if you have done this part already int he past?

    Character stuck in the black part of the map

    Hello Sir(s),

    I have been playing the game for over 150 hours now but yesterday while trying to enter a house my character got stuck in the black part of the scene. I have tried relog in, /ref, client restart but nothing seems to work. To be noted I currently don't possess any escape rope nor can I battle any other player/NPC at the location. Also, I have just arrived in the Hoenn region so have not visited any pokemon centers either.

    Kindly look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible as per your convenience.

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

    Since you just started the Hoenn region and haven't much progress there, it may create a problem when I just teleport you. Can you remember which House you entered and what you did before?

    If possible, can you provide a screenshot of your game where you are stuck?

    Can you specify your problem a bit more? Raikou appears a few times in the game, of which Raikou are you talking about and in which way did it disappear?

    Also, latios can appear in the Petalburg Maze, not in the Viridian Maze. Can you please make sure if it is in the Petalburg maze?

    Hello, I finished Jirachi quest. During this previous quest I didn't fight against latios since I had already his data in my dex (I Don't know why). I meet all the requirements for latios quest (even 345 évolutions instead of 344) but I can't start the quest at littleroot town because tv is still telling me that latios is roaming around. I checked all the locations where he should be but I wasn't able to find him. Please see the attached pictures. I really need help. Thank you.

    When you talk to the TV in the Players House in Littleroot Town, what exactly does it tell you. It should mentions a color of the Pokémon, which one is it?

    I just want to make one thing sure before I contact a Content Scripter which will take a look at this problem.

     

    Edit: Also, latios can appear in the Petalburg Maze, not in the Viridian Maze. Can you please make sure if it is in the Petalburg maze?
