  1. So I have gotten 344 evolution data, caught Jirachi, and became Hoenn Champion, but I the reporters I'm suppose to talk to aren't in Littleroot for me to catch Latios/Latias

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

    You can try to:

    • Enter the Players House and interact with the TV
      • In case you can choose a Latios or Latias here, pick the wished legi and leave the house => Check if the legendary appeared
      • In case the TV will show 'nothing interesting', let it me know

      [*]Restart the client and re-enter the map

      [*]Enter the Players House, check if Jirachi appears there, interact with it and look if they appear now

    Let me know the outcome.

  2. I am doing heatran quest and I have bring a lvl 60 gyarados with. When I'm doing leveling my gya to higher level, (exactly when I am battlling with a wild pokemon) -> suddenly the server go down and when relogged I got black out of the cave.

    Now my gya is lvl 69 and I can't go inside the cave again.

    Please help because it take time to train gyarados again (both leveling and evs)

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

    Unfortunately we can not refund any lost item, Pokémon or game progress in general in a case of a rollback. Neither we can de-level your Pokémon to a previous level after a server crash resulting in a failed quest.

     

    Even when your case is a bit different, I want to quote this text out of our Troubleshoot since it still answers the main issue you have:

    Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time.   3. What means boss nikolas reward? "recatch a legendary, you cant catch anymore"?

     

    Hey BabyPika,

     

    like notdino already stated, Boss Nikolas reward means that you can re-catch a legendary Pokémon when you didn't took the opportunity to catch it.

    For example for

    • defeating the legendary
    • running away
    • get a dc due connection problems/server crash
    • getting beaten from the legendary
    • getting out of balls

    Keep in mind that deleting a legendary won't result in the opportunity to re-catch it after fighting Boss Nikola.

  4. Hey I just logged in after about a year and I merged. Now i'm in hoenn region with kanto pokemon in my party and I can't move them. Could someone please help me? thanks!

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

     

    It should be fine now as I moved the stuck Pokémon in your Pc box.

  5. Hello, I wanted to report a bug which happened to me yesterday. I was battling Boss Nikola and when i wanted to use a revive item on one of my pokemon it did not work (my pokemon was not revived) at first i thought i misclicked or i did something wrong but fortunately i had another revive, i used it again and it either did not work....if it had not been for that, i could have beaten Nikola...

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

    May it possible that you have tried to revive a Shedinja? This is the Pokémon which can not be revived. Otherwise it should have been possible as you can only use for the Battle Boss no items - it may was a bug. In case it should happen again, could you provide a video or screenshots? With that our Content Scripter may be able to help you.

  6. I would like to report a visual bug for the move Natural Gift. This move should have the typing of Normal, but instead it doesn't show a typing at all. Could you please look into this?

    Indeed, there should be a Type, I have forwarded the issue and it will be worked on. I can't really tell you when this bug will be fixed since its also a minor bug. I will try to keep you up to date.

    However, maybe you already found out that you can avoid this bug pretty easily. Buying a single Pokéball before you buy a bunch helps to get rid of me - at least for me.

  8. Bonjour voila le problème, un joueur à slateport city me dit qu'il n'arrive pas à switch les pokemon de son équipe, il me lance donc un échange pour voir si cela résoud le problème. J'accepte ses deux pokemon et au moment de lui rendre voici ce qui s'est passé :

    Ce joueur n'as pas fini hoenn et reprends le jeu après 6 mois, il ne peut donc pas trade de pokemon d'autres région. Pourtant ses pokemons d'aventure étaient de... kanto ! Je n'ai donc pas pu lui rendre ses deux pokémons pourtant censé être des pokémon de hoenn vu son avancement dans l'aventure. Y aurailt-il un moyen de lui restituer ses pokemons ? Le nom du joueur est : Mrkrankerdepp et ses deux pokémons en questions sont les suivants :

    Je lui ai filé 2 pokemon native de hoenn en attendant pour qu'il puisse continuer son aventure, mais je pense que le joueur veut les récupérer quand même ^^ merci d'avance.

    like CyBeR54 already mentioned, you can not trade any Pokémon which is not from your current region till you own 8 badges of the region.

     

    However, there is still one thing which must be clarified:

    Bonjour, oui je sais mais justement comme j'ai dit il avait ces pokémon sur lui, dans son équipe avant l'échange de ce matin. Il était en train de faire l'aventure avec ces pokémon là et pouvait même les faites se battre, il ne pouvait juste pas les changer de position. ( du coup comment il pouvait les avoir dans son équipe s'ils étaient de kanto et qu'il n'as pas fini hoenn ? )

     

     

    He was able to have this Pokémon in his team because of a bug. The reasons for this bug, stated in our Stuck Pokémon in Party topic, are:

    Why did that happen?

    There are two possible ways why it happened for you.

    • A client of us had a bug. All Pokémon you caught (Only counts for players in story mode) may had a wrong region as caught region. Means when you was in Johto, you caught Pokémon which will are registered as Kanto Pokémon in our database. As you can not use Kanto Pokémon in Johto until you have 8 badges, they will be stuck and cant be removed as player.
    • A merge issue. Sometimes when you merge your account, while you haven't finished the story part of your current region, your party may contain few old Pokémon of your previous regions. As you can not use Pokémon from previous regions until you have 8 badges in your current region, they are stuck in your party.

     

    Therefore, he was never supposed to have this Pokémon. If he wants to have the Pokémon removed from his party he should check out the already mentioned 'Stuck Pokémon in Party' - topic, where are also more information regarding this issue.

  9. As mentioned above, I found the issue after winning the bug catching contest today, my GMT+7, actual time can be seen in the attached file below[ATTACH=full]54937[/ATTACH]

    So after kicked out of the contest room with first seat winner, I ran to Goldenrod PC and after that, my connection is failed. Then, I see no the item, my caught Shuckle was vanished and Heracross is deleveled by 1 and lastly, I got 2nd seat winner instead of the previous one.....

  10. I report this cos i've seen a thread talking about this problem, but without screenshot.

    It happened right when logging in. Escape button was not working.

     

    So there it is:

    And of course, i restarted my client and now it work correctly.

    The bug is known and will be worked on in future, but since it is a minor bug which is easy to fix with with a re-log, like how you did it, it is not necessarily a priority at the moment.

  11. i know that i Post many Problems but i just want to help.there is a problem with the options menu when i open it the daytime Changes and the Gul scale is like i did it

    I just changed my GUI a few times and I could not find any issue. I'm also not sure if I can follow you in every point, could you explain again what exactly is not working?

  13. I had just spent 50 pve coins to spawn a solosis then the game crashed and I lost the coins, can anything be done about it or am I just out those 50 coins?

  14. i came to jhoto region from kanto region, its been a while since i played now when im back there are a few pokemons in my party which i caught from kanto (Farfetched lvl11, Eeevee lvl 5, kraby lvl24 , teddiursa lvl27) and i cant move them or swap them please help!

  15. Hello i went to check my dig spots and in after 3 days some of them are still open. Can anyone help me?

     

    Hey WraithKid,

     

    Dig spots have, like mentioned, a cooldown of 72 hours. You say this time already passed. In case only a few dig spots are missing, you may want to talk with the Explorer in Vermilion City Pokémon Center. He can reset all not working dig spots for you.

  16. Well, since i hadnt won the battle yet and thus hadnt recieved any reward i could probably be given a randomly generated Carvanha. Then again i could have lost the battle altogether (not likely :P). At any rate, crashes happen, as long as i can continue the quest then its fine, thanks for the answer :)

    Oh, and another thing. I already had the seen data of both Kyogre and Groudon before the fights. Was fighting them again necessary for the quest to progress or i could do without them?

     

    The problem with random spawning Pokémon is, that we would need to do that for everyone, also in cases which aren't as clear as yours is. And indeed, since you haven't won, we couldn't do that anyway, no matter how high your chances were. A other part is, that this is connected with a huge amount of work.

     

    Its possible to get the seen data of those legendarys even before doing this bosses, as it was for you, yep. If you can skip Arnie and Maxie in this case - I'm not sure. I remember similar cases where a boss fight in order to get a seen data was needed. I recommend to use the intended to avoid any possible problems.

  17. I was battling shary and shauri before maintenance warning showed up.When i was battling shauri's hydreigon game kicked me and i couldn't take prizes.Can you do something about it?

  18. When the server crashed today I was in the middle of fighting Archie and his primal Kyogre for the Jirachi quest. After the crash, when i logged back in the game, Archie disappeared but Kyogre is still there. Leaving the room or logging out and in again doesnt seem to fix it. Help please...!

    i think they have a cooldown try on the next day or hours

    I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

    Once you get a disconnect due a server crash or connection problems, while you fight against a NPC, the battle will count as lose. This is what happened here and the reason why you can not re-fight Archi is, that you can not re-challenge him.

     

    Here a small quote out of the Wiki page of the Jirachi Quest:

    This battles are also one time fights. The seen data of the Pokémon should be obtained once you started the battle. To conclude: it does not matter if you win or lose regarding the seen data.

     

    In other words, there is no cooldown for Archi, but you have the, for the Jirachi quest needed, seen data of Kyogre anyway. The only disadvantage you have is, that you haven't received his reward, which would have been a Carvanha in case you would have won.

     

     

     

    Regarding the possible lost reward because of the server crash, I have to apologize. We can unfortunately not refund any lost items, Pokémon or game progress at all.

  19. HI !

    Yesterday i ended the sinnoh quest and after that i goes to the M.T coronet to find the rotom in the 4F but the rock didn't triggered and he didn't appeared . I've never been there and i never caught a rotom so I'm asking if rotom has been taken out from mt coronet or is a problem of the new client ?

    can you try it again as Sinnoh champ? Make sure to talk with Professor Rowan in Sandgem Town first.
